It's been 2 days since I met Lilly and it's driving me crazy that I can't see her or be near her, I'm upset and confused why she can't feel or sense me, it hasn't helped that I have been run off my feet trying to sort out these rogues that attacked us the other night.
We have 2 down in the dungeon, that I need to work on, it helps when most werewolves are scared of you and leaving them down there definitely puts them on edge but for now I'm too knackered.
I fall on my bed and start dreaming of Lilly, her wrapped in my arms laughing and looking up at me with those beautiful blue eyes, it then cuts to her screaming as she dragged away from me, I'm trying to keep up with her but I can't I'm screaming her name then she vanished. I wake up sweating, I look at the clock it's 11am, I mind link Chase asking where Lilly is and he said she is at the lake like the last 2 days.
I take a shower and then head over to the lake. I can smell her before I even set foot into the forest, my men have been shadowing her to keep her safe, I don't think she has noticed.
I get to the clearing and it looks like she is asleep she looks stunning her hair to spread out but must come down to her waist, it's a really dark red, her legs just seem to go on forever, I'm so in love with her,
"Hi Ryder" snapping me out my thoughts
How did she know it was me I thought she hasn't even looked up.
" I heard you walking" she said as she sat up
I sat next to her and noticed her sketchbook, " that's a really nice drawing of the lake, do you mind me looking through your book"
" it's ok"
I flick through whilst she is looking out at the lake, I come across a drawing of Max.
"Lilly, who is this"
"I don't know, he came to me in a dream last night"
I was speechless I just kept looking at her then the drawing,
" the drawing is of my wolf Max" by this point we are both looking at each other.
" He is beautiful, just like fire" she said running her fingers over the drawing
Mate, mate, mate is all Max kept saying,I was struggling so hard to keep him under control.
"Can I ask you, why you ran away"
She looks down at her hands then back at me
" Ok but first can I say something off topic,"
"Sure"
" You have had 6 guys following me the last 2 days, which I'm not surprised at but they aren't very good"
I looked at her completely shocked and a bit angry these are my best men, she must have seen my mood change.
" I mean no offence but.... she says looking around, they left me an exit, no one is on my left, the guy in the far right corner, must have a cold or something because his breathing is off, the 2 guys in the trees behind me keep moving ever so slightly but what has annoyed me the most is that person, she pointed to a hidden Colson, he has been rocking back and forth on his feet for hours, it's been driving me insane"
I mind link all of then, to get back to the pack house and I will deal with them later. I smile at her but I'm still annoyed, no angry, hell I don't know how I feel, I manage to say " Thank you, I will deal with training issues later" I was trying to keep my Alpha voice in check.
" so you want to know my story, do you mind if we walk and talk"
We get up and start walking, I want grab her hand and hold her and never let go, but I can't.
She turns to me and smiles, holds out her hand I grab it thinking I am never letting go.
