"What are we going again?" I asked Shalnark, he was communicating that Uvogin had gone missing.
"We are doing some digging, trying to figure out where he could have gone. This isn't a good time to ask useless questions,"
"Why couldn't I have gone out with Chrollo or Pakunoda, they look like their going to have fun," I complained, laying down on a open couch.
"Because they are, you aren't as experienced as us," He scoffed, doing some more typing.
"You don't know that, don't act like you know me," I fired back. "I'm much better than you think, and I will help save Uvogin. Just let me go out,"
"You're very annoying, why did the boss have to leave you with me?" He asked, mostly to himself.
"Thanks for that, you do know I can do stuff with water, and water and technology don't do good together," I twirled some above my head, getting up to loom over him, threatening to drop the liquid.
"No, now come on now. Sounds like Machi and Nobunaga found some kids who might know something. We are heading back to the cave where they are keeping the kids," Shalnark told me, grabbing my hand and leading me out.
We eventually made it back and everyone were surrounding the little children. The kids looked very young and confused, I kept my distance in the corner. The one with white hair looked stronger than his friend, but it seemed the both of them were close and had no idea who this chain user was.
"Maybe they don't," I muttered, and some of the group turned to look at me.
"Speak up Y/n, please indulge us," Machi rolled her eyes.
"They should have talked by now, I really don't think they know. They look like some little kids, who wanted to learn more about the troupe to me," I shrugged, walking over and showing myself to them. "There just some cute little kids, reminds me of my younger bro-" I stopped myself, moving away.
"Your what?" Shalnark asked, taken aback by me stopping my sentence.
"Oh, nevermind me,"
"We really don't know who you're talking about," The white haired boy mentioned carelessly. "Just let us go,"
"Pakunoda did already read their minds. But maybe we should still teach them a lesson," Machi offered.
"Im going to go back to my room, excuse me," I mumbled, leaving to go towards the hallway.
"Are you new?" The other boy spoke up, looking at me questionably. "I thought there were only 13 spiders,"
"You seem nice, but I rather not give myself up that easily. I'm not like those cliche villains that tell you the plan before killing you, just for you to escape," I joked, now fully walking back to my room.
