Chapter 2. Time to celebrate!

(Julia's POV)

Once I got home from the interview I ate a quick lunch, and fell asleep on my comfy bed. I ended up waking up around 4:30, only to remembered that I forgot to tell Susie about my new job, so I called her.

"Hello?"

"Hey Susie it's Julia"

"Omg, hey did you get the job!?!?!"

"Yes!!!"

"Omg, omg, omg! We need to celebrate!!! I have any idea, let's go to the club!!!"

"Haha okay, come to my place and we'll get ready together."

"Okay Julia see you in 10."

"Bye!"

It had been a while since I had been to a club. I can't wait to get there and check out all the cute guys. I was sitting on my couch eating chocolate ice cream when all of a sudden Susie barged through the door with makeup, curling irons, straightening irons and A LOT of clothes!

"Susie did you bring your entire closet!?!?!"

"Maybe... I hadn't realized how much stuff I brought until now. I'm just so excited!!!! We haven't been out in a long time, and I miss it. Now hurry up!!! It's already 5 o'clock and we need to start getting ready! So go take a shower. "

I went to take a quick shower while Susie layed the clothes and other stuff out. When I was finished I put my hair in a towel to dry and put on a pair of baggy Cookie Monster pajama pants and a half shirt that says 'when in doubt eat pizza'. Once I got out of the bathroom Susie handed me a dark navy dress that goes down to my knees, has a heart shaped top, and black laced sleeves. It was gorgeous and definitely not mine.

"I don't remember having this dress..." I was confused because I had never seen this dress before, and I highly doubt I owned this.

"That's because it's not yours, it's mine. I was thinking that since it doesn't fit me maybe it'll fit you."

"Awe thanks Susie!"

"No problem, that's what best friends are for! Now hurry up I wanna see how you look with it on!"

I put the dress on as fast as I could. When I saw my reflection in the mirror I couldn't believe my eyes. The dress wrapped around my body perfectly! When Susie saw me she couldn't stop smiling, for a second I thought she was the Cheshire Cat.

"Wow! That dress looks gorgeous on you!!!"

"Haha you really think so?"

"Yes! Totally, now let's get your make up done so you can do mine!"

"Haha okay."

I sat down on my bed while Susie did my makeup. Susie decided to put black eye liner and gray eye shadow to make my green eyes really pop out!When Susie got done doing my makeup, I looked in the mirror and I couldn't believe the woman that was looking back at me. Susie had blonde hair and the bluest eyes you'll every see, all I had to do was put lipstick and eyes liner on her, because she was that pretty. When I got done doing her makeup Susie changed into a pair of dark blue skinny jeans and a pretty pink blouse. Before we left the house I put on a pair of black killer pumps and a light touch of cherry Chapstick.
