Raiden POV

Six years had passed since the day I and my cousin or in my case, my twin little sister had been born. Many things had happened between this time and living here I can see the clear difference between the light novel and the real world.

Things that the ancestors of Belial did that resulted in the downfall of the clan never truly happened. The thing was that the clan had lost forty percent of its total fortune in gambling and luxury but it was soon recovered.

Though it doesn't change my main motive of mine to make the clan great, something else also became my goal.

Belial Clan holds the hereditary title of King, just below the title of Great King which the Bael clan holds. Well, it was the same from the beginning of the devil society. Zekram Bael was known as the right hand of the original Lucifer whereas the progenitor of Belial Clan was his left hand and third-in-command of his army.

In devil aristocracy these two clans have enormous power be it politics or fortune. And after Diehauser's success in the Rating game, it has only increased more.

When the civil war ended the devil government was formed and was divided into two factions being, The devil council and The satan council. Zekram Bael was made the head of the devil council and Sirzechs Lucifer, formerly known as Sirzechs Gremory, the leader of Satan council.

The two factions were further divided to rule more efficiently. The Satan council, as anyone can imagine includes the four current Satans of the underworld.

Sirzechs Lucifer former Gremory was made in charge of Domestic Affairs, governing events, and situations that happen or exist within the underworld.

Serafall Leviathan former Sitri was made in charge of Foreign Affairs, governing matters having to do with international relations and with the interests of the underworld in foreign factions/pantheon.

Ajuka Beelzebub former Astaroth was made in charge of the Technology Department, making machines and stuff for the betterment of the underworld.

Falbium Asmodeus former Glasya-Labolas was made in charge of Military Affairs and protection against any internal or foreign retaliation.

Whereas The Devil Council was mainly formed to keep a check on the power of the new Satans so that history doesn't repeat itself. It consists of the clan heads or leaders and old war veterans. The participation of direct family members of Satans was prohibited and with a good reason as it can lead to favoritism.

My father Danhauser Belial is a famous political figure and war hero, participating in both The Great Three-way war and civil war. He is also on the list of the top ten political individuals of the underworld.

When my brother was stripped down from the position of next lord of Belial for his Rating game champion duties my father had to become the Lord again but when I was born it changed. I became the new Heir of the clan, making my sister its second Heir.

Also, my clan is famous for alchemy, potion-making, and antidote making. Our territory also grows Dragon Apples, which I'll talk about later. Many Dragon from dragon mountains visits our territory for it since the production of Dragon Apples had decreased remarkably in the past few decades.

There is some potion made by our clan which is brought by other devils in large amounts since it gives a significant boost in demonic energy production in the body, helps in keeping the demonic energy circulation impurities free, and improves its constant supply all over the body.

My new life in this world is quite wonderful, surely many things are different from the light novel I have had been read.

If I said I was shocked when I met my Brother's holder of the queen piece, it would be an understatement. He was 'Sebastian Michaelis' from the anime 'Black Butler'.
