"Don't be late back cousin. Enjoy your night." She placed a kiss on ambrose's cheek and left the house quietly she saw her 4 friends and Caliban waiting in the drive.
"What are you doing here?" She walked over to them seeing the baseball bat and crow bar the two boys had.
"Cherry. We aren't letting you go alone. You could get hurt." She hummed looking at Caliban.
"And you?" He looked at the others and back to her.
"I promised you I wouldn't allow you to be harmed." She gave a nod and cleared her throat.
"You stay hidden and don't make a sound." They all got in archies car and drove to the church.

2:58am Charlotte lit the candles and stood waiting full of nerves and the others hid.
"Come on Nick..." she looked at the time before the candles blew out leaving everyone in pure darkness. Caliban attempted to look through the crack in the door but couldn't see a thing.
"Nick?" He heard her voice and the candles lit again revealing the groaning body laid back on the steps. She ran to him and knelt at his side. "Nick are you alright?" He rubbed his eyes looking at her with confusion.
"Lottie?" He placed a hand on her cheek and she smiled letting her tears fall.
"I- you're really here..." he sat up pulling her into his embrace letting himself cry a little before gaining his composure.
"How am I here?" He allowed her to look at him and she smiled looking over him to ensure he wasn't harmed.
"Lucifer came to see me. He asked something of me but I told him I wouldn't consider until I had seen and spoken to you." He sat up quickly to look at her.
"Lottie you can't let him have anything he wants. You stand your ground and keep safe." She looked down as he took her hands feeling her composure fading away by the second.
"Nick... he wants an heir to the throne. That way they will allow him to rule until the heir is of age." He frowned for a moment and thought.
"An heir? From who?"
"Me... and Caliban." Nicks face dropped and the door opened.
"Well when were you intending to tell me this." Caliban came out of hiding and Nick stood up.
"You lay a hand on her and I'll kill you myself." The others stepping out in an attempt to calm the situation.
"You want a fight, warlock?"
"I sure as heaven do-"
"Nick." Charlotte put her arms around him and he pulled her into his side. Archie got in between them looking at Caliban.
"Come on man. Stop." Caliban backed up and Charlotte looked around.
"Let's all sit down and talk okay."
"Lottie who are these mortals?" She pulled him to the pews to sit and explained who each of them were before he nodded.
"So what do we do? Lucifer Morningstar will not stop until he gets what he wants." Caliban spoke and Nick scoffed at his comment.
"You're not sleeping with my girlfriend asshole." Charlotte looked down and tightened her jaw.
"If I don't agree he will kill Nick and take me anyway."
"What if it wasn't Caliban." Jughead spoke up and they all looked to him confused. "I'm not well versed in the workings of hells monarchy but... cherry are you a virgin." Everyone was shocked to hear the words come out of his mouth and Nick laughed.
"No jughead. You know that." The room grew tense and he scoffed.
"Noted. Anyway. Doesn't a heir have to come from yanno... a virgin." She looked at Caliban and then Nick.
"I would assume so... what are you getting at."
"Well he just has to catch you in the act. Not with Caliban. Then. No baby. Did he say when we was coming for Nick?" She frowned attempting to remember and shook her head.
"I could find out. I still have some standing with Lucifer's men." Charlotte nodded and looked to Nick for an awnser.
"Okay. Let's go."

They all got ready to leave and Veronica watched as Nick and Charlotte spoke at the front of the church.
"You okay Ronnie?" Archie came to stand at her side and she nodded.
"If that was me. Would you depend me like that?" He chuckled pulling her into a hug.
"You know I would."

They all go back to Charlotte's home and looked around.
"Ambrose! Are you here?" Charlotte called out to receive no awnser and Nick looked around. "I think he's gone to meet with the coven and discuss plans to bring me home."
"What do we do now." Betty asked looking around and Charlotte huffed.
"We get ready. If his temper explodes he could do anything. It's probably best you guys aren't here but knowing you won't leave. Arm yourselves and home you don't have to fight the devil. Me and the girls will go and check the windows and the doors. You boys can wait here." They left the room and Nick sat down looking at the two.
"Thank you. For looking after her." He said as they sat.
"She's a good friend. We help our friends." Archie assured him and he chuckled.
"Yeah she's a good girl. How did you guys find out? You know that she's..."
"The devils daughter... oh we heard from the girls... they were kinda there when he..."
"Threatened her? Yeah he does that a lot." There was a flash of fire and Caliban appeared they all jumped and jughead held his chest.
"I will never be used to that."
"He'll be here within the hour." Nick got up.
"Well. Guess that's my queue." Archie raised an eyebrow.
"For an hour?" Nick looked at Caliban and the two laughed.
"Witch sex... is well. More than one round. You guys should try it some time. If we survive this I'll give you some tips." He walked to the stairs and looked Caliban up and down. "I still don't like you."
"The feeling is mutual warlock." Nick nodded.
"Good."
