An IzuJiro Story

Chapter 5

Time skip 5 months

Kyoka and Izuku have been together for a while and have began to get comfortable enough with their relationship to male a decision about their life.

All of 1-A had been oblivious to their love since the beginning. Aside from Mina whose Ship-sense had been going haywire around the two but despite that hadn't managed to put two and two together. Todoroki had been coming up with theories as to why Midoriya would disappear as frequently as he does. Every time he asked the One For All user where he went, Izuku would always respond with, "I'm just going to see All Might" which led to the bi-colour haired teen's crazy theory that All Might was his father or something along those lines.

Currently though, Izuku and Kyoka were sat in his room talking about the plan to tell the class about their relationship.

"I think that we should just outright tell them Izu, it would just be easier and it'd be over faster."

"I guess you are right Kyo. Besides, I'd rather that Kacchan gets his shouting out the way."

The two were agreeing and thought everything was going to go down smoothly. However, this is My Hero Academia and a fanfiction so you know not everyone is gonna see all this as happy and rainbows.

Anyway, Izuku and Kyoka grabbed each other's hand and they walked down into the common room where everyone was chilling. Except Bakugo because he was raging about coming last in Mario Kart. The rest of the Bakusquad was watching as he was just screaming at the ground. They were pretty sure he needed a sanity examination or anger therapy as this had become too much of a regular thing just like his losses on Mario Kart.

The Dekusquad on the other hand was in the kitchen doing some cooking and cleaning. Iida, Yaoyorozu and Uraraka were cleaning the dishes with Iida requesting they be placed in alphabetical order. Todoroki was cooking some okonomiyaki with some help from Tsu as she was used to cooking for others because she mainly took care of her siblings due to her parents having to travel for work. There was a problem with having Todoroki in the kitchen though, every time he went near the kettle he would have Vietnam style flashbacks to when he got his scar.

In Todoroki's mind when near the kettle:

"We gotta get out of here"

"GET DOWN, NAPALM STRIKE!"

"I CAN'T SEE THEM ANYWHERE!"

"HALF OUR FACE- I MEAN SQUAD IS DOWN!"

"GET TO THE CHOPPAAAAAAAAAAA!"

Anyone near him:

* Bruh wtf?*

The rest of the class was in a small group where the couch is. They were dangerously close to Bakugo who was having his screaming match with the floor which he was definitely winning despite the fact the floor can't shout. The small group was gathered around Koda who had brought his rabbit down from his room and was letting the others pet it. Everyone was having a good time in this group until Mineta HAD to make a comment on how fast rabbits breed and then made a lewd comment about the rabbit hero Miruko. Immediately after, Tsu threw a pan from the kitchen straight and his head which knocked him to the floor.

"Great shot Tsu." Kyoka said as she and Izuku entered the room. The class continued what they were doing for around ten minutes before Izuku had mustered the courage to make his announcement.

"Hey everyone, before we eat could I make an announcement?" He asked politely. Everyone turned their attention to the greenette who was a little nervous despite having fought against people like Stain, Muscular, Overhaul and Gentle Criminal. All that, easy. But as far as telling the class about his relationship with Kyoka, he'd rather be hit with the combination of quirks All for One intended to kill All mMight with because the pressure was just as bad.

"Sure I don't see why not." Tokoyami responded.

"As long as you ain't gonna announce something about All Might like every other time Deku then I'm fine with it." Katsuki chimed in. Katsuki has known Izuku for the longest time out of anyone in their class but there were things about the green haired boy even his best friend couldn't figure out. And the look in Izuku's eyes for once didn't say that this was a normal announcement. Katsuki has been close to Izuku his whole life and had even learned about One for All. However, he had never ever seen such happiness and possible fear in Izuku's eyes. So he was prepared to hear his friend out and support his news.

"Me and Jiro... well... we're sorta... kinda..."

"A couple" Kyoka jumped in to save her boyfriend having a possible heart attack whilst grabbing hold of his hand. Both having a smile across their faces and a blush that was creeping along their cheeks. They awaited the shouting and talk about how heroes shouldn't date in high school but it never came. What followed after that was clapping and the class congratulating them on their relationship. Everyone was happy for them 

Except for two individuals: Minoru Mineta and Ochaco Uraraka 

Mineta was upset because Izuku managed to get a girl before could and began crying blood stating that he will not be the one to touch boobs after Izuku Midoriya. He then lunged at Yaoyorozu who was about to create the Right fist of Doom from Hellboy and bitch slap the life out of him but before she could, something wrapped around the pervert's leg and dragged him towards the dark corner of the room. Out of the darkness stepped their home room teacher Shota Aizawa who held Mineta in his capture scarf.

"That's enough from you" he said. The rest of the students just looked at Aizawa until Kaminari spoke up.

"How long have you been there?" He asked. And in response, Aizawa pulled a fedora out of nowhere, placed it on his head and pulled a Michael Jackson. He moonwalked up the wall backwards out of one of the open windows dragging Mineta along with him.
