Victoria Parker was best friends with Barry Allen since they were kids no one could keep them apart so the night Barry's mother died in Victoria's house the man in yellow was there too and killed her father but after that accident her mother went to prison then the next day grace had to go live in Ohio with some family and scince Peter was a little kid Joe couldn't take care of him so he had to go to New York to live with aunt may and uncle Ben they didn't get to see eachother till grace and Sebastian came back to Central city to see the particle accelator turn on and surprise Barry and Victoria so when it went off they were all hit by the wave and barry and Victoria got hit by the same lightning bolt since they were in the lab together Barry and Victoria woke up nine monthes later in star labs when they left they found out they were faster than the speed of sound grace and Sebastian found out they had powers too grace had the power to heat things up really fast and freeze things seb has the ability to control the elements
When crisis happened the paragons saved the world but in this story there are 9 paragons Victoria is paragon of justice and Oliver is the paragon of responsibility after being the specter
