•Chapter 8•
*I stood there in shock as blood dripped on the mall floor*
"F-F-f-frankie I-i don't feel so good"said Carmen as she's falling to the floor and I catch her and kneel on the ground with her in my arms
"I-It's ok your gunna be ok alright y-your going to be fine ok"I said sitting their holding down her wound and looking into her eyes
*Just when the man woke up bleeding from his side*
"You MOTHERFUCKER"said Yarni cocking her pistol and pointing it at his head
"YARNI NO"said Nasir
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN NO"said Mariah
"Their already has been ENOUGH BLOODSHED....yarni please no more"said Nasir worried
*Theres a moment of silence before a shot goes off and my eyes close and I look up and see the man holding his gut*
"He will live the bullet went through and through"said Yarni as she threw the empty gun on the floor
*I take my jacket and wrapped it around Carmen's wound and put her on the bench to rest as I go to the map to look for a pharmacy as I'm looking Mariah and Yarni walk over*
"You good bro?"said Yarni
"I'm not letting her die"I said as I kept looking
"Look we have to consider that she mig-"said Yarni before Mariah cut her off
"Yarni stop"said Mariah
"Look I don't like it either but we need to consider"said Yarni
"Would we consider if it was Nasir or Leyah" I said as I kept looking
*It goes silent before I say something*
"I found it it's on the east side of the mall" I said as I walked over to Carmen
"Frankie that's where half of their men are held up"said Mariah
"Yeah and that's why I'm going to sneak bye them"I said as I put Carmen on my back
"Frankie d-don-"said Carmen before I tell her to rest
"This is suicide Frankie"said Yarni
"IF THIS WAS NASIR OR LEYAH WE WOULDN'T BE HAVING THE CONVERSATION!!!!" I said yelled
*The air fills with silence and I start heading to the pharmacy a couple minutes pass before everyone else joins me*

*As we get near the pharmacy we see 5 guards held up outside and start to come up with strategies*
"We need a diversion" I said
"Frankie this is crazy bro"said Nasir whispering
"I not going to let her die "I said setting her down behind some cover
"F-f-Fr-fra d-do"said Carmen weakly
"Shhh it's ok imma be right back" I said starting to head closer to the pharmacy
*It wasn't long before Nasir joined in.We headed to the back of pharmacy where their were 2 guards had their backs turned guarding the from exit*
"You take the one on the left I take the one on the right" I said
"Ok"he said
*We sneak behind the guards and manage to knock out both guards and I start to stuff pain medications,gauze,and a medkit*
"You think that's enough medicine for?"said Nasir
"I-I don't know" I said zipping up the bag
*We start heading back out and dash to where Carmen was where we found her seizing*
"What the hell happened" I said kneeling next to her and turning on her side
"We don't know she was doing fine and then she started seizing"said
"Frankie what are you doing with that needle!!!"said Yarni
"Relax it's lorazepam it's to help stop the seizures" I said
*A few moments later she stops seizing*
"How did you know"said Mariah
"I watched a lot of Greys Anatomy" I said nervously
"You cou-nvm"said Yarni
"Ard look we need to get out of here now before they find us" I said
*We hurry to some food store close by and locked the doors and shut all the blinds and headed in the back room and lock the door and shut off the lights.Nasir and Yarni left the room and kept watch while everyone else got some rest but I stayed up holding Carmen in my arms.A few moments passed and Carmen woke up*
Mm w-what happened she said softly in pain
Shhh......you were seizing and I gave you something to stop I said
And......t-the bullet? she said weakly
"I think it's still inside you" I said as I layed her on her back
"I-I'm g-gunna die"she said tearing up
"No your not cuz I'm taking the bullet out" I said
