Minjoo's POV
I went to the Principal's office to get my schedules, and I noticed that the Principal was talking to the same person that sat besides me on the bus.
We go to the same school I guess.
Oh yeah, she was wearing the same uniform as me, how didn't I notice.
"Excuse me, can I get my schedule papers?" I interrupted
The pink hair and the principal turned their focus on to me.
"Yeah sure just let me finish organizing these documents first" the principal replied
While she was getting the papers, I turned my gaze onto the pink hair, she had a name tag pinned on her blazer
Kim Chaewon. Huh, another Kim.
She noticed I was staring, so we kind of had an staring contest
I snapped out of the staring contest when the principal handed me my schedule, I felt my face heat up out of embarrassment so I quickly bowed and headed off to my 1st class of the day.
I was too focused on reading my schedule that I didn't see another person in front of me, resulting in the both of us falling.
Their books fell so I immediately went to go grab their books, trying to be as polite as I can while bowing after I returned their books.
"My bad, I wasn't looking. I'm sincerely sorry." I said
After bowing several times, I raised my head.
Suprise, suprise.
I saw the same goddamn person on the bus and in the principal's office, I love life right now :)
My thoughts were again interrupted when I heard her chuckle.
"Hey, it's okay you don't have to bow, I wasn't looking as well, sorry in advance."
My face was flushed red and I wanted the floor to eat me alive
I bowed again before mumbling another sorry.
I speed walked to the lockers and put my backpack in it and grabbed my math books before locking it with a click.
I quickly jogged to 3-A. After I felt my face cool down, I stepped inside the classroom, when I saw a good friend of mine. Childhood friend to be exact.
Oh boy, this was gonna be fun.
"Ms.Kim, mind introducing yourself?" the teacher asked
"Ah ok. My name is Kim Minjoo, and I don't really have anything else to say about me." I replied
I heard many different compliments followed by a wave of claps. But one particular comment stood out the most
"Bet I can make her fall for me"
Another self confident asshole, I see I see.
"Ok Ms.Kim go sit besides Ms.Jo, Jo Yuri raise your hand"
I saw Yuri raising and waving her hand and so I head towards her and sat next to her
"Minjoo?? It's been like 7 years since I last saw you, oh my gad you're still this pretty"
"You too! You still look like a hamster haha" I said
"Hey no fair you meanie" she pouted
I was about to reply when the teacher coughed
"Enough chit-chattering we're gonna start the class now"
And so the teacher started with her lessons blah blah blah
Class got so boring that I just started wandering off while thinking about that particular pink hair girl
I wonder if she thinks I'm a creep now, what a great start.
How worse can this get.
"Ms.Kim? Mind telling us what you're thinking about?"
Quick, make up an excuse!
"Sorry, I was thinking about the solution to question #8" I replied
"Oh, then I'll show you how to solve this problem" she answered
So then she started blabbering about how to solve the question
"Add this, subtract this, and then multiply, got it?" she asked
"Got it" I plainly replied
Then, she passed out our homework for today and it was just a page of math, probably because it's the first day of school.
And then the bell rang, woohoo!
I headed towards science class as the hamster followed me because some how we have the same schedule.
"Minjoo, what were you thinking about in the classroom? I know for a fact that it's definitely NOT that problem" Yuri asked
"I hate how you know me so well." I sighed
She giggled before giving me the continue look.
"Fine, so there was a really pretty girl with pink hair, a bit shorter than me, and a really clear voice. She was on my bus and asked to sit next to me this morning. We also met in the principal's office when I went to get my papers. And.. Oh! I also bumped in to her when I was going to math, her nametag also said Kim Chaewon." I replied
"Omg so you like our senior oooooh~" she teased
"I never said I LIKED her sHe'S JuST pReTtY, tHaT'S aLL"
"sUrEeEEe, but your expressions tell me another story"
"I hate you" I said
"You didn't deny it, so I'll take that as a yes"
"I barely know her ok" I said
"You'll get to know her soon, she's our student president. So you will be hearing all kinds of rumors about her."
"You finally said something useful for once" I rolled my eyes sarcastically
She rolled her eyes as well and then we reached the classroom and so we went inside together
I actually didn't expect people to read my cringey asf ff but tysm ❤️❤️
