Third Person POV
Minjoo woke up to the sound of chirping birds, the air conditioner manfunctioning, and Chaewon's sort-of-heavy-but-not-really arms wrapping around her waist.
Chaewon softly giggled at the sight below her, the fresh smell of her minty perfume mixed with a hint of Minjoo's strawberry perfume filled the air.
It was a pleasant smell. The smell that Chaewon wouldn't trade anything for, the smell that reminded her of her dazzling girlfriend and maybe soon-to-be-wife.
Minjoo was still adjusting her eyes to the unfamiliar and bright sunlight, squinting because her eyes were stinging. But she eventually gave up and just closed her eyes and rested her head against Chaewon's chest, listening to her calming heartbeat.
Chaewon froze at the second, isn't snuggling with your own girlfriend normal? Yes, but Chaewon still couldn't calm her quickening heartbeat, she could feel blood rushing to her cheeks, making them pinkish-red.
Minjoo noticed her quickening heartbeat and chuckled. "Calm down, it's not like we're fuckin-" Minjoo noticed what she just blurted out and covered her face with both hands in embarrassment.
Chaewon choked on her own saliva when she heard the words from the younger. She blushed a even darker shade of red, making her pink cheeks turn to maroon red real quick.
"Nevermind, let's just continue cuddling, Forget about what I said" Minjoo said, trying to calm the intense but awkward atmosphere around them.
After that, they snuggled with each other for the rest of the morning, completely forgetting that it was a Monday and they were supposed to be at school, earning a free ticket to detention once again.
I figured out that since i'm usually better at writing in Third Person, I'll be doing that more often since it's fun writing the thoughts and feelings of all characters
