Olivia's POV
"Shhh baby it's ok I got you" I rock Maddie in my arms letting tears fall from my eyes.
She cries harder drenching my shirt in her tears.
I feel like my heart has been ripped out of my chest and stomped on. Seeing my baby girl like this is killing me but I have to stay strong for her.
"I...I..wanna.go home" she chocked through tears, her brown eyes were bloodshot.
"You gotta talk with George sweetie" I rub soothing circles on her back
She nods her head and nuzzles it back in my chest. Elliot left the clothes outside the room for her, and I let Maddie go change in the bathroom. She comes back into the room a few minutes later.
We sit for a few minutes until Huang starts to knock on the door.
Huang's POV
"Liv are you in here"I knock on the door hearing sniffles.
Liv opens the door wiping tears from her eyes and motioning for me to come in.
Maddie was on the floor with her knees to her chest and there was a big purple bruise on her right cheek.
"Hey" I whisper sitting in the chair by her
Maddie's POV
"Hey" Huang whispered as he sat in the chair looking down at me.
"Hi" I whisper going to sit across from him.
"How are you" he analyzes me like every weird shrink.
"Fine" I cross my arms on my chest I was annoyed. I didn't want to be here.
"I can tell you are angry at something or someone" he tilts his head to the side.
"Yea I'm pissed. I'm pissed at Jennifer, my teachers and her" I point to my mom with an attitude
She looks up startled, she thought that I wasn't mad at her, I think I hurt her feelings.
"Liv do you mind stepping out for a few minuets during our session I think that would be best." Huang told her so professionally it made me sick.
"That's fine I'll be back in an hour" she leaves not making eye contact with me.
"So I have an activity we can do if you want" Huang takes out a bag from his briefcase.
"Sure it's better than talking about life."I roll my eyes and smile a little.
"Ok so color this picture and tell me what it means" he hands me a picture of a square and a twenty-four pack of Crayola Crayons.
I pick up the red and make vertical lines down the center of the paper.
"You're angry or depressed" Huang confers with me
"And..." I pick up the black and make little doodles around the red.
"What's that" he points to my drawing.
"I'm not finished." I pick up the peach and color the square and add little silver rectangles on the side.
"Now can you explain to me what it is" he analyzes the drawing trying to confirm what it means.
"The red is hate. The black is my thoughts. The silver and peach are just there to make it look pretty." I look at Huang.
"I see. Its beautiful"
"Thanks" I look down and play with the blue crayon.
"So who's been stressing you out?" Huang asked
"Jennifer,My mom, Mr.sm..." I stop short looking down thinking about what he said
