5 years later...

"Calum... Calum... CALUM!" I shouted from the kitchen, waiting for a few seconds to get a response, there was nothing. My voice bounced throughout the apartment, yet there were no words bouncing back.

I looked at the time on my phone, fifteen minutes to get to work. A frustrated grunt escaped my mouth as I still waited for Calum to say something. As tension accumulated in my head, I could feel a headache creeping up.

Storming into the bedroom, I saw Calum flat out sleeping. His scruffy light brown hair, spiralled all over his face. Lips wide apart as small snores left his mouth. Snatching the water bottle from the bedside table, water was gracefully splashed onto his face.

"Louisa, what the hell," He screamed as he shot up from his sleeping position, wiping the water off his face.

"Calum get up. I haven't got time waiting around for you to wake up. Don't forget you have an interview today, please, please, please make sure you go to it," I said with a persistent tone to my voice.

"Alright, alright relax babe," Calum sleepily replied, ushering me away. I scoffed and rolled my eyes.

"No, I'm not going to relax, this could be good for you, I know it's not the best, but working in a call centre can get you places." I look up at the time, ten minutes were remaining.

"Look I have to go now, but make sure you look presentable. Love you, bye!" I called out as I made my way out the door.

I got into my car and drove off as fast as I could. My mind was all over the place, worried how Calum would do in his interview. Deep down I hoped and wished he got this job, but doubt creeped up at the back of my mind.

I finally arrived at work, I rushed to park my car, furiously moving my legs to enter the grand building that is, AP Enterprise. After five years of working here, I still can't get over the breath-taking feeling of entering this building. Continuing to trod along, I finally got to my desk where I saw Sarah.

"Morning," I said as I sat down.

"Morning Louisa. Ready for another day of complaints?" She chuckled

"You know me, always ready, anything to forget about my stress," I replied, shifting my brows up.

She instantly understood at what I was hinting at, she rolled her eyes. "Oh, don't tell me you're stressed about Calum?"

As much as I didn't want to be, I was. Shamelessly, I nodded my head.

"Bloody hell, what he's done this time." Sarah irked her lips and rolled her eyes.
