The Fight Comes Home

Ever since the teens got out of the hashi, they'd been planning on how they were going to find April again. Well, Donnie and Loyal were trying to figure out how to find her again.

It was nighttime when Donnie came up with the idea of hacking into April's computer the next time she used it so that he could give her the time and place to meet him and his siblings.

"Alright. So I've got everything set to hack into April's computer. All we have to do is wait for her to get on it."

It wasn't long before April got on her laptop.

"Hey Donnie, I think April's on."

"Alright. Now to just enter this code and... Bam! You've been hacked by Donatello! Remember me? Turtle, four eyes? Anyway, enough about me. We told you we'd find you. Meet us here, and come alone. Or else, you... you shall be punished and stuff..."

"Aww. You were so polite about it hehe," commented Loyal.

Donnie started to blush a bit a gave Loyal a sheepish smile. "Well, I, uh, yeah. I guess I was hehe..."

Loyal chuckled and turned around to face the rest of the guys who were watching TV. "Alright guys. We've given April the time and place to meet us so it's time to get moving."

Loyal and the guys went to get their weapons. Then, they were gone. They climbed out of the sewers, careful to not be seen. As they ran over the rooftops to reach their destination, Donnie realized that his scanner wasn't working.

"Aw shoot. My scanner is malfunctioning..."

Leo was concerned as he wanted Donnie to use his scanner to make sure it really was April thay arrived at the location they told her to go to. "Is there any way you can fix it Donnie?"

The group arrived at their desination and it was only a matter of time before April showed up. Donnie turned to Leo and responded, "Well, it is possible to fix it. I just don't have the right tools with me to fix them..."

"Shoot..." Leo was now a bit frustrated.

"I can help. Give me your arm Donnie," said Loyal.

Donnie hesitated a bit. Loyal noticed this and commented, "I'm not gonna bite Donnie. Just give me your arm so I can try to fix the scanner. I mean, I did help you build it."

"Hehe. I know you're not gonna bite. Alright, time to get to work," Donnie replied sheepishly.

Loyal worked as quickly as she could to fix the scanner. Then, she heard footsteps approaching.

"Guys, I think April is coming..."

"Alright. Mikey, when April comes up, confront her, slowly. Then Donnie will do his retinal scan thing to make sure it really is April. Also, once we're sure it's her, Raph will put that bag over her head. Got it everyone?"

"Yes Leo," was the reply he got.

Sure enough, a couple seconds later April appeared on the roof of the building. She began talking, but Loyal was still busy trying to fix Donnie's scanner.

"How's it coming Loyal?"

"Almost done. Just need to move this wire here and tighten this up. And... finished! Alright, looks like Mikey's out there. You're up Donnie."

Loyal and Donnie exchanged smiles as Donnie went to make sure that April really was, well, April.

"Initiating retinal scan. Scanning,  scanning... It's her! It's her guys."

"We know it's her Donnie..."

Leo began talking to April, leaving Donnie hanging.

"[sigh] So much for wanting me to perform the retinal scan..."
