Without realizing it, I woke up and realized it was Friday. This week has gone by so fast. I am thankful for that though. Hanging out with the volleyball boys for sure made the time go by faster. Everyday I go and eat lunch with the boys and it's just chaotic as ever. I have also met Kiyoko and Yachi when I would stay after school to watch practice. They are very sweet. I also help them whenever I can so I feel like I'm basically an honorary manager! I also decided against playing volleyball again. As much as I love volleyball, I have a bigger passion for music. Band is only an hour after school everyday so when it's done I go to the gym to watch practice. Today I didn't have band so after school I quickly went to change into more comfortable clothes and then I went to the gym to help since they were going to be doing some scrimmages today against each other.

I got to the gym and I put my stuff in a corner and I go up to Kiyoko and Yachi and I help fill water bottles and get towels for practice. Kageyama and Hinata were the first ones to start peppering with each other while they waited for everyone to get dressed. I finished filling the water bottles and I put them next to the bench and I stared at Kageyama and Hinata as they peppered. I started fidgeting with my fingers as I got impatient since my body was wanting me to go play. Kiyoko noticed and let out a small laugh. "You can go out there if you want. I don't think they would mind." I looked at her with a big smile and I nodded.

I ran out to the court, "Oy Hinata! Kageyama! Can I pepper with y'all?" They looked at each other and then at me and nodded. I smiled. "Kageyama, do you want to be in the middle since you are the setter? We can switch in a minute if you want to?" I asked and he nodded. Kageyama went in the middle of Hinata and I and he tossed Hinata the ball and he passed it to Kageyama. Kageyama then set the ball to Hinata and he lightly hit the ball to me and I passed it up to Kageyama. "You don't have to hold back on me you know," I say to Hinata as Kageyama sets me the ball. I pull my arm back and I hit the ball towards Hinata pretty hard. Hinata stares at me wide eyed and then gets a big smile on his face. "Oh it's on!"

Slowly everyone starts piling into the gym while me, Hinata and Kageyama are still going at it. Hinata and I were hitting the ball pretty hard at each other and we had decided to scoot back a bit so we had more space between us. Kageyama sets me the ball and I let out a small grunt since I am getting tired. Hinata's receive gets a little sloppy and he shanks it a bit making Kageyama run for it. "Boke Hinata boke, stop making your passes so sloppy." Hinata's eyes get wide as he hits the ball and I giggle. I receive the ball and it goes up to Kageyama and I hit it with all my might. Hinata tries to receive it but he ends up shanking the ball and I fall on the floor gasping for air.

"Y/N! Are you okay?" Everyone runs and gathers around me and I let out a giggle. "Yes I am. Sorry, I haven't peppered like that in a while. I have missed peppering!" I say and everyone laughs. Daichi extends his hand out to me and I grab it and I pull myself up. "Okay everyone. Line up so we can do stretches!" Daichi says as he claps his hands and walks towards the baseline. "Hey y/n! You should really reconsider joining the girl's volleyball team. You are really good!" Hinata says as he runs past me to line up. I sigh and I walk to the bench to grab a water bottle. "Wow y/n! I didn't know you were that good!" Yachi says as she hands me the water bottle and I let out a chuckle.

After practice was over, we all head over to Coach Ukai's convenience store to get some meat buns. Everyone is just chatting away and I pull out my phone and I smile down at it to see I have some messages from my friends saying they all want to facetime tonight. I smile and I text them back saying once I get back to my apartment we can facetime. I look up to see everyone staring at me. "What? Why is everyone looking at me?" You ask looking around. "Oh, we asked if you would want to go to Tokyo with us tomorrow?" Tanaka asks. "Omg yes! I have only been to Tokyo once and it was when I got here so I would love to go!!" I smile at Tanaka and he smiles and gives me a thumbs up. "We are going to meet at the train station at 9 am sharp to head that way. Does that sound okay with everyone?" Daichi asks and everyone nods. I nod my head as well. Everyone says their goodbyes and we start walking back to our houses to prepare for tomorrow. I got home and I immediately facetime everyone to tell them about my week!
