The bus was all packed and ready to go. Everyone was loaded on, and every bag was stuffed into someones bunk.
This was our first tour... ever. After the contest we won, we hit the break we all wanted, and now we were on our way. It had been a little over two years, and we were officially on tour.
CC grabbed a coke from the mini- fridge, and threw one to me. Jake and Jinxx were stuffed up in their bunk, doing god only knows what. And Ashley was up front talking to the bus driver.
CC flopped down on the couch nearby me. "what's up with you?" he asked me.
I sighed, and glanced toward the front of the bus again. CC followed my eyes and sighed. "what happened between you guys? You know you can't hide it forever. I can see the way he keeps looking at you, and you know you've never been able to hide anything from me, Andy."
I sat down uneasily on the couch beside him. "I really don't know what to do, CC." I whispered, hoping no one else would hear. "I mean... Don't get me wrong... I love him... We've been dating over two years. He helped me survive high school, and got me over having to sing in front of people. But... He asked me to marry him CC, and I don't think I can....."
CC looked shocked, then looked up at the entry way to the front of the bus. "Hey Ash!" CC said loudly. I turned to see Ashley walking past me. He completely avoided looking at me, and walked as quickly as possible to the bunks in the back of the bus.
"oops." CC said. "I didn't see him, he was hiding behind the wall..."
"Don't worry about it, CC." I said. "He didn't hear anything he didn't already know."
After a minute or two, Jake and Jinxx came out of the bunk room. Jake only had a blanket around him, and Jinxx had on just his boxers.
" What was that about?" Jake asked, pulling the blanket closer to him,and sitting down on the chair closest to him. Jinxx sat down on his lap. "He just ran in there and kicked us out. It looked like he was about to cry..."
CC must have seen the pain in my face because he glared at Jake to shut him up. "Andy and Ash are just disagreeing on some things right now." he paused and looked at me. "I'm sure that if Andy goes and talks to him, things will clear up really quickly. Won't they, Andy?" He elbowed me in the side, and I nodded.
"Well go talk to him." Jake said. " We were kind of in the middle of something...and we'd like to get back to it as soon as possible." Jinxx nodded, and CC groaned.
I stood up, and CC grabbed my arm. "Please hurry." he said. "I don't think I can be stuck in here with them for long." I glanced back over to see Jake and Jinxx already making out again. I nodded, and walked back to the bunk room.
This was not going to be fun.
