so yeah i forgot to write this, i had been planning on it but i kinda forgot about it so uh,, yeah :D also since i'm tired and lazy this is going to be an explanation rather than actual story mode, like i had been planning🤪

-anyways um i'm not entirely sure how i'd imagine them to have gotten together as a couple in the first place, or how they'd even had met. i'd assume it was after y/n had left for wherever they left i actually forgot because they would've known about her most likely. i think it'd be after what us americans would call middle school (i don't know japanese schooling and i don't have the brain power to do a google search rn my bad) when students would try out for ua, they were put on the same team and they got along well so they stayed friends even after she didn't get into ua (watch that i made her quirkless yet tried out for the biggest hero school in japan and i just forgot, sounds like something i would do.😓😋😋okay wait hold on i'm on my computer rn i'm switching to my phone because this chapter would look sm better with my emojis. -YEAH SO THey continued to be friends through their first few years in highschool and eventually four months prior to y/n's crusty and somewhat musty azz coming back to japan tamaki gathered enough

-yeah so they were going out both genuinely liking each other then y/n came back and yk, akane respected their return and how tamaki would be dedicating more time to them, yk she realized that tamaki's childhood bestie was back after like idk 3-4 years i can't be bothered to do simple math (not that long really, but still exciting for their return yk) and let it go that he was with them more often and he wouldn't be with her as often, she never would act harsh or guilt trip him for anything, she understood😇😇 100% amazing girlfriend, would honestly love to date🥺🤌🧍
-ANYWAYS so yeah!! things were still going well, he would still be with her and spend time with her, so it wasn't like he was ignoring her or really doing anything wrong or thinking differently (because keep in mind, romantic thoughts weren't on his mind when thinking about y/n at the time). he still liked akane
-but then he just idk?? didn't?? looking back on it i really didn't write that whole thing very well🤡🤡😭😭😭😭. but basically what i'd imagine to have happened with that whole interaction is that at that point, tamaki really hadn't been spending that much time with her which akane was p sus about, and had been debating questioning him about. so when he randomly came up to her one day and sat her down explaining how he had been feeling, she decided to be really understanding, and accepted that he didn't have feelings for her anymore. i can imagine her to be super supportive of him having feelings for another person and encouraging him to go (attempt to) be with them, despite still having feelings. mature, but sad :( OMG I DID HER SO DIRTY😭😭,, PLS!!! BABY DIDNT DESERVE THIS TREATMENT. tamaki probably apologized like 3737482748283828582727184 times during that whole conversation, and even more after that. i'd imagine that he'd be super honest and told her about the whole hot tub incident too, he really should've told her before, manz was stressed and confused, but still not the best thing on his part. dunno why i made tamaki look so bad, i'm sorry😭😭😭. but yea then after standing there in silence for 3 minutes tamaki said his final goodbye and stood to leave, i'd imagine akane had given him a kiss goodbye (not intending to do anything to convince him to stay, she had known he was already gone. it was more of her way of saying goodbye, which he understood after dating her for however long i genuinely don't even know🥲🥲). then after giving a sad smile, tamaki just 🏃🏃ran away.
-and yeah that's kinda it for akane. nothing else really happened with her, i'm not sure if she'll even make a return in the book. pLEASE i'm expecting to be murdered in the comments for doing her so dirty, i didn't even realize i was doing that as i wrote this i'm so sad now
