Todoroki walked into the room he had you chained up in and noticed you didn't look to well "Are you ok?" "I fe-el like a cant b-breath and my heart is beat, beating really fa-st." "Your hyperventilating hold on. Izuku!" Midoriya came in the room "Yes?" "Shes having a panic attake." He came in and knelt next to you as you started crying, he placed your head on his chest and petting your head.
"Hey close your eyes and breath with me alright." He started breathing with you and in a few minutes you had calmed down enough to be able to breath properly but you were still crying. "Hey snow angle open your eyes." You opened them right as he opened his cupped hands. It was a mini ice sculpture of yourself before you could stop yourself you let out a little laugh between the cries and they both smiled.
Midoriya unlocked your chains and picked you up "Come on darling you can come watch some tv with us for a bit." Todoroki rubbed your head "And you can sleep in our bed if you promise not to try and run again."
