"At least I didn't fucking ruin someone's life."
"Clay!" George looked at him "I ruined your life!? All I did was ask about our future!"
Clay sighed. "i don't want a future with you."

George felt his heart just shatter, yeah him and dream fought a lot but they always forgave each other in the end, George loved him. 24/7 he'd talk to Nick about how much he hated dream but it always ended with "but he's my boyfriend and of course I love him.."

That sentence always hurt Nick to hear. Yes, he loved the fact george loved someone but he didn't love the fact that he was in love with the wrong person. Nick loved george since before he could remember, he doesn't expect them to get together, Nick just wanted george to be happy no matter what, whether it was him or someone else, just not clay.

"Fuck you." Was all that came out of george's mouth. He picked up the puppy they had bought together and just walked out. He was done. "I'm sorry baby..." he kissed the dog's head.

Nick was laying in bed, he had been there all day, he had not motivation to get up. He heard someone open the door and he tried to look over there but couldn't see. he just gave up and sighed until he saw george walk into his room as he plopped the dog onto the bed gently. "can i stay here for a bit..?"
Nick looked over to him and nodded quickly. George had smiled and sat down by him then hugged him. Nick looked at him as he hugged him back, smiling. George Finally realized it. it wasn't clay he loved..it was nick. He always ran to nick with his problems. Nick was the only one he talked to outside of dream. He loved nick, but didn't wanted to admit it.

Nick sighed as he sat his remote down, not wanting to play the game anymore. George saw his frustration and put his phone down and walked over to him and sat behind him, hugging him from behind. Nick looked behind him and smiled. George giggled as he watched nick turn around fully. He stared at him for a bit before kissing him softly. "please don't be mad, please don't be mad, plea-" He felt Nick kiss him back with a wide smile. As he slowly pulled away from him and opened his eyes, he saw how nick loved him unlike clay could. Then just like that, Clay was gone and nick was in.
