After finishing your food, you and Hannibal both cleared the table; Norman doing the washing up whilst Michael never stopped stalking you, not even for a second. Of course, that was to be expected from your silent, significant other. And the moment you and Hannibal were done picking up the plates and cutlery, Norman tugged on your arm and practically dragged you into the kitchen - the silent stalker shadowing your footsteps as you did so. The shy boy on the other hand was insanely overexcited, stammering just a little bit more than usual due to just how happy he was spending time with you.

"You seem to be happier than usual." You brought up dryly, amused by Norman's cute and adorable attitude. "Could this be because you'd like to bake some cupcakes together before bedtime...?"

"W-Well I-I..." Norman stuttered with scarlet-shaded cheeks, your playful teasing causing his flustered behaviour to increase at a rapid pace. "I...I g-guess I w-wouldn't mind b-baking some..."

"Well that's a relief." You smiled warmly, pressing your lips against the side of his cheek before faintly pulling away. "For a moment there I thought you were having second thoughts. Y'know, because you were behaving more skittish and hesitant than usual~?"

"O-O-Of course n-not-!!" Norman cried aloud, panicking at your accusation and feeling embarrassed by your affectionate peck on the cheek. "I-It's just, I...W-Well, I..."

"C'mon, I'm just teasing~" You stuck your tongue out and lightly poked his other cheek, enjoying how timid he was being whilst you opened one of the cupboards above the kitchen counter. "Am I really that scary...?"

"N-No-! T-That's not it-!" He anxiously argued, his reaction making you laugh just a little bit. "T-That's not it a-at all-!"

"Sure it isn't~" You teased with a small smirk, ruffling his hair before taking out the necessary ingredients.

"(Y-Y/n)...!" Norman wailed in response, looking a tad downcast by your reply. "W-Why would y-you ever t-think that-!? I would n-never be a-afraid of y-you-! I-I love you-!"

"Relax, relax, I was just kidding." You quickly comforted, wrapping your arms around his body while wanting to cheer him up somehow. "Let's just have some fun together, yeah~?"

"Y-Yeah..." The apprehensive male cuddled into your chest with a small smile, growing happier as his uncalled-for stress faded. "I-I can't w-wait to cook c-cupcakes t-together-!"

"Then let's get to it." You commented softly, giving his body a gentle squeeze before pulling out the dessert cookbook. "We should both wash our hands first though."

"R-Right-!" Norman gave a sheepish nod and waited for you to wash your hands first - washing his hands right afterwards.

"Okey-dokey. If you could preheat the oven, I'll fill this cupcake tray with cases." You calmly planned out - Michael gazing at you from the corner with an intense stare hidden underneath his mask. "That way we'd be working together, m'kay?"

"T-That sounds g-great-!" Norman agreed happily, clapping his hands with each other before doing what you wanted him to do. "I c-can't wait t-to get s-started-!"

"Me too." Once you'd flashed him another kind smile, you turned your attention to one of the trays and tucked twelve of the cupcake cases into said tray - completing your objective in less than five minutes.
