The weather is heating up the surroundings and swimming in the pool isn't enough to beat the heat but the little family is stayin by the pool anyways.

"Cher, babe, Haven, you guys want something to eat?"She asked as she let go of their daughter for her to be able to go to her mama.

"Popthicle fow me, peathe?"The little girl asked as she continue to move her arms on the water.

"Okay, princess. I'll also make avocado toast."She uttered.

"Want that, too, mommy!"The little girl squealed that made her wife and her giggle.

"Wanna help mommy make avocado toast, Haven?"Cher asked and the little girl nodded.

"Okay, swim so you can be with mommy, c'mon."Cher uttered with a smile.

"Mama, it'th faw."Haven said softly.

"No, it's not. You can do it, my love."Cher uttered as she kiss her little girl's cheek.

"You can do it, Haven. I'll be waiting for you. C'mon, princess."Meryl cheered and the little girl started swimming to the pool's stairs.

"I did it!"The little girl squealed when she's out of the pool that made her parents applause for her.

"Good job!"Meryl said as Haven run to her and she hugged the little girl right away.

"You are so good. We knew you could do it."Meryl said as she remove Haven's floaters before drying her up with a towel.

"I did it, mommy."Haven uttered and Meryl carried her.

"Yes, you did it. And you are so good."Meryl said before they headed to the kitchen.

"You sit here, and I'll give you a popsicle."Meryl said as she let their little girl sit on the countertop.

"Okay, mommy."The little girl replied and she started doing what she is suppose to do.

"Hey, Haven, stop it."Meryl said when Haven keeps on grabbing the toasted breads and the little girl started laughing.

"Sowwy, mommy."Haven said, still giggling.

"You silly silly, little girl."Meryl said and she started tickling Haven that is making the little girl laugh out loud.

"Alright, I'm gonna cut some avocados now."Meryl uttered and Haven is still panting with all her laughing.

"Why is this so hard?"Meryl asked as she try to cut the avocado.

"Oh, shit."She whispered under her breathe after a few more moments.

"H-Haven, call your mama now. You tell her mommy is hurt."Meryl uttered when she suddenly saw blood running down her palms and the little girl gasped before jumping off the countertop.

"Mama!"The little girl yelled as she run to where her mama is.

"Yes, baby. Something wrong?"Cher asked right away as she carry her little girl to her lap.

"Mommy ith huwt, mama."Haven answered and that made Cher stand up before running to where her wife is.

"Babe, what happened?"Cher asked when she reached the kitchen.

"I-I think I stabbed my hand and it doesn't stop bleeding."Meryl answered and Cher's eyes went round.

"Oh, my God, we're going to the hospital."Cher uttered and she ran to the pool area to put on her clothes and to also put on their daughter's clothes.

On the way to the hospital, the couple just used a clean cloth to apply pressure on Meryl's wound for the bleeding to temporarily stop. When they reached the hospital, Meryl is rushed to the emergency room right away and she received at least three stitches.
