Arthur has passed out while hunting with Norio in the woods. Norio quickly carried him through the town to find a doctor.
Arthur is hospitalized in the infirmary. He passed and hadn't woken up ever since. The doctors believe he put himself comma.
Ever since Arthur's fall and taking him to the infirmary, he hasn't left Arthur's side feeling guilty and thinking it is his fault because of how he pressured Arthur.
Norio also hasn't slept at all making his friends extremely worried about his health.

3 weeks later, Norio is still in the infirmary with him with no sleep. Arthur hasn't woken up or showed any signs of awakening.
Norio slowly blinks as he stares at Arthur still asleep.
*KNOCK. KNOCK. KNOCK*
He looked at the three people that walked in.
N: Hey Norio...
It was Nori, Giichi, and Kentaro.
N: You should really get some sleep,
Nori says as he sits a tray of food down on the table next to Norio.
NO: No...I'm fine....not until he wakes up...
G: It's been 3 weeks, going without sleep for that long isn't healthy at all, you need rest.
NO: I promised to be there for him...
G: But think about it, how would he feel if he knew you weren't taking care of yourself?
K: We should be happy, at least he's eating and drinking water daily.
He says as he fills up Norio's cup.
N: No sleeping can cause your body to get weak you know
NO: I'm already weak... just please go...
Giichi walks up to him and holds his hands.
G: Trust me, he will wake up.
Norio sighs.
NO: I hope so, but I'll stay here until he does...
Now the others sigh. A nurse walks in.
?: Sorry guys, I'm afraid you guys are gonna need to leave.
NO: Why?
?: The doctor is worried about Norio's health as well.
NO: I'm fine!
He tries to stand up strongly but it was obvious he was weak.
NO: see I can still walk.
The nurse opened her mouth to say something, but then closed it.
?: But-
The doctor walks past her and into the room.
D: Norio. You can come back every few days with REST. Until then I want you to sleep for a whole day and come back with no dark cires under your eyes
NO: But you can't do that..!!
D: I promise you that I will call you immediately when he wakes up. I'm doing this for both you and Arthur
