Arthur's shadow and Norio both fall into the water. Norio had his wrists still tied together so he couldn't swim back up. But Arthur held onto him as he started swimming back up.
<FLASHBACK>
Arthur looked down at the water as Power took off his jacket.
P: Jump in!
A: ....
He looks at Power and shakes his head
P: Oh come on! What's so scary about it! It's just water
MS: Yeah Arthur! See!
He jumps into the water doing a canon ball. The two of them looked into the water waiting for him to come back up.
P&A: ;-;
P: 🏊♀️
3 minutes later
Masai was panting terrified
MS: I couldn't come back up...
A: See it is scary!😭
P: But I'll be here to save you!
A: I'm only scared because when me and Norio were in a dream together we both died.
P: That was a dream. Not real life. Now, first things first just look at what I do and you'll be fine!
She jumps into the water and looks up at Arthur and Masai.
P: All you have to do is kick your legs, but not too hard or you'll drown quicker. And just move you arms to push yourself through the water like this!
She shows him an example.
P: Now you try!
He slowly steps into the water holding onto the side
P: Now come on! Start swimming!
He hesitated before doing what she showed him.
P: See! You're doing it!
A: :D
P: Now I'll be teaching you CPR once you master swimming! Also mouth to mouth
A: Whats that?
P: :D
<End of Flashback>
Several parts of the building were falling down into the water. One of them dropped down on Arthur hurting his back, he saw Norio couldn't hold his breath much longer and broke the rope with his mouth and helped Norio to the top before him since he couldn't swim. Arthur was trying to follow him but he couldn't because another part of the building fell down on him.
Norio makes it to the top coughing up the water and panting. He looks behind him trying to find Arthur.
NO: ARTHUR!! ARTHUR!!!!
He looked out at the water but there was no sign of him.
<5 minutes later>
It was cloudy in the sky. Norio was hugging his knees still crying.
NO: I'm going to die alone... even after all my friends did what they could to save me... I couldn't even save them....
He yells out loud and punches the ground shutting his eyes in anger.
NO: THIS IS ALL MY FAULT! EVERYTHING THAT IS HAPPENED IS BECAUSE OF ME!! I SHOULD'VE DIED IN YOUR PLACES INSTEAD.... You guys didn't deserve death...
