Chapter 20.

-Reina

I laid in bed with him.

"I'm gunna move out soon,I can't live there another second."I said.

"Yeah,I know,we have to get a place together."He said.

"Are we really going to move in?"I asked.

"Yes we are,we have to,you can't keep living with your mom,and we can't stay here,we need a fresh start,Reina.And moving somewhere else is going to be better for the both of us."He said,holding my hands.

"When?"I asked.

"Soon,I just need to get my mind together,and find my friends."He said.

"What happened to your sister?"I asked.He looked down and gulped.

"She uh,she got arrested too."He said,fiddling with my fingers.

"What?What the hell?She didn't even do anything!"I said.

"Apparently,she was an accessory to the crime.She witnessed the whole thing and didn't stop it."He said.

"Harry,I'm sorry,but that's just ridiculous,that guy shoulda been arrested,your sister didn't deserve that at all."I said.

"Well I beat him to death,Reina.There's nothing I can do,Gemma is messed up,she's afraid now,she's probably terrified.Being all alone,in who knows where.I haven't seen her in about 9 months.Or my best friends."He said.

"Harry,once we figure out where they are,we'll all be together okay,everything will be alright,we just need some time,and we need to think this through before we make any decisions."I said.

"Your right,your so smart babe."He said,kissing my forehead.

"So let's figure this out now,babe."I said.

"Alright,one thing for sure is that I don't want to be here when it gets colder."He said.

"Right,somewhere warmer perhaps?"I asked.

"Yeah,like Los Angeles?"He asked.

"Yes,that sounds great."I said.

"So how do we find my friends?"He asked.

"Well,have you been in contact with them recently since you guys all been in jail?"I asked.

"Yeah,Liam,he told me that they were held up at a motel,they lost Gemma while running away,so it's just 4 of them."He said.

"And where did Liam say he was at?"I asked.

"Said he was up in North Carolina,but he had to be on the move soon,he was just getting rest with the guys,then they'd start heading towards Los Angeles."He said.

"Did you contact Gemma?"I asked.

"Yes,many times,but I never got a reply,I left so many messages and voicemails and calls,but she never answered back."He said.

"Well,we might have to stop by North Dakota and see if she's there,does she know anyone there?Maybe someone she can turn to or stay at their house and hide out?"I asked.

"I doubt it,she mostly talked to people in the same state,she didn't like long distance,whether if it was in a relationship way or just a friendly way."He said.

"Hm,we might have to look for her,and search her traces."I said.

"You sound like a detective,babe."He said,laughing.

"That's what I'm planning on being."I said,kissing him.

"Really?"He asked.

"Yes."I said smiling.

"I'm sorry."He said.My smile quickly disappeared.

"Why?Sorry for what?"I asked.

"Because,you were probably so focused on becoming a detective and getting into college and doing what you love,and here I come out of nowhere and distract you from everything,it's not right.I got you raped and I got you hurt,and now I'm involving in something that could get you arrested and ruin the chances of becoming a detective."He said.

"Are you kidding me,Harry?This is the kind of real life experience I need!This can prove if I'm really cut for the job!And you didn't get me raped,Harry. They are assholes for what they did to me.And it's my fault for being there in the first place,and quite frankly,I'm over what happened.Harry,I love you,and this is something I want to do.I need to help your sister out,and your friends too.This isn't right what Ray,Josh,or that guy did to me and your sister.And we have to live peacefully,you don't deserve this,and your sister and your friends don't either,you were doing what was right.I will stand by you and help you,baby."I said.

I looked into his emerald eyes,shining brightly.He hugged him and squeezed me into his arms.It felt so right.Just to know that we had a bond,and a convention,almost as if we were in sync.

"Thank you so much Reina,you don't know what this means to me,I never had anyone to help me out like this.No girl would ever do so much to help me.Most of them would just want to hook up and party and get drunk.Half of them,actually all of them wouldn't care about my feelings,or give a damn about my personal life.But you,you care like no one else.Your love goes deep,and you will do anything for me.And I appreciate how much you do,I know I shoulda told you from the beginning but I didn't want to go to jail again."He said.

"Harry,baby,it's okay,I'm here."I said,touching his cheek.He smiled at me and I kissed him.
