Tony
I was five minutes into the meeting and it was already boring as heck, and that's saying something, seeing as most of it has been people asking who that was and where he came from, talking about Nico. Then, I hear a buzz from my earpiece and Nico's voice emit from it,
"Mr. Stark, we have a situation."
"What'd ya do? Blow something up?"
I joked, not really thinking it was that serious."Ms. Potts is unconscious in her office." I froze and my face paled. Pepper won't die, Pepper won't die, Pepper won't die. That one sentence kept on replaying in my head over and over again. Ok, yes I have abandonment issues, sue me.
"What?" I asked after I finally remembered to breathe.
"She's alive, breathing, her heartbeat is a little slower than it should be, but she's unconscious," Nico repeated.
"You said in her office?" I asked while standing up, ignoring the team's curious looks and Fury's objections.
"Yes sir, she was in here going over the newest intern applications, I just got here." He told me as I quickly walked over to her office. I heard footsteps behind me, a look over my shoulder told me it was Nat, Clint, Bruce, Steve, and Fury following me. Fury had a look on his face that said "this better be important or else" I clenched my jaw and turned forward again, going faster.
This is important.
I got to the door and found it open. I stopped briefly before going in.
The scene before me wasn't as bad as I expected, thank goodness. Nothing was out of the ordinary, other than Pepper lying on the floor with a cup of coffee spilled and broken next to her. She looked like she had fallen out of the chair while holding the cup.Nico was crouched over next to her head, shifting her to a more comfortable position. I stared for a second, blocking the doorway, so the other couldn't see what was wrong, then I finally rushed over to her, next to Nico. After I was no longer in the way, the rest took no time coming to see what was wrong. I heard gasps, murmuring, and someone coming over. I looked up and saw Bruce coming with a worried look on his face.

Nico
I was waiting outside of the room she was in with the rest of who I assumed was the Avengers and Director Fury while Dr. Banner and Mr. Stark were watching her, trying to figure out what had happened, as I had yet to be questioned.
"Who are you?" The redhead asked. I'm guessing she's the Black Widow, seeing as she's the only girl and she looks scary.
"Nico, Nico Di Angelo, Mr. Stark's assistant," I answered.
"Why haven't we seen you before?" The big musically one asked this time. Probably Captain America, since the other one, looks more like an archer, like Frank and some of the Apollo kids.
"I just started."
"They let you be Tin Can's assistant just right off the bat?" Archer dude questioned, looking suspiciously at me.
Though I internally snickered at the nickname, my face and body language stayed the same.
"No, I've been working here since I was sixteen, as an intern, before becoming Ms. Potts assistant a year ago, and now being Mr. Starks assistant.""And we haven't seen you before? Not likely." Black Widow insisted.
"You've seen me, you just never talked to me," I said, not intimidated.
They all still looked suspicious.
"Where did you come from? How'd you get Stark to the meeting on time? Why were you in Ms. Potts office? Were you the one that drugged her?" It was Director Fury this time. He glared at me, probably to be intimidating.
"I'm originally from Italy, though my mother moved me and my sister to America because she thought it would be better for us, I was -ish at the time, I've lived in a lot of places, traveled a lot for a while, before finally deciding to stay in New York. I just took him to the meeting at the time it was scheduled for. I went to Ms. Pott's office to report on what was happening with Mr. Stark, help her with paperwork, and chat a little probably. No, and if I was, that would be a stupid way to get me to confess." I told them calmly.
They still look very suspicious, but didn't press any farther, probably planning on having a proper interrogation later.
<Time Skip brought to you by Pinky Pies party>
After they interrogated me, did a "thorough" background check, and finally decided I had nothing to do with it, they let me go 3 hours after I was supposed to be off work.
Ms. Potts had woken up during my interrogation, but she wasn't allowed to get up and I wasn't allowed to see her as I was still a suspect when she woke up.Anyway, I am now heading home to my still-technically-new apartment when I hear some noise in an alley I pass by.
Suddenly a stray cat jumps on me from where I heard the noise, a hellhound behind it, probably chasing it.
I sidestep the hellhound that almost knocked me over and quickly summon my sword and stab it through its shoulder to its heart. Needless to say, it disengaged into golden dust instantly.
After the excess adrenaline wore off I realised the cat was still clinging to me. I gently picked it up and set it down, back on the ground, where it bolted away.
I didn't take it personally, it's a stray, it would have done that with anybody, especially me, being a son of Hades and all that jazz.
Anyway, so I get to my apartment, put away my work bag, changed into camp attire (NOT that horrid orange shirt though), just some black skinny jeans, my necklace, my sword, a few other things, and a black version of the camp shirt(black shirt with the camp logo in white and the Pegasus was a skeleton), and shadow traveled to Cabin 13.
_Eyyy, so, I'm alive, I just had some personal things happening and didn't feel well enough to try and post, but, here you go, it's a bit shorter than the other ones, but, I hope you like it nonetheless
