In the auditorium of Super Hero high, the school was gathered to meet 2 special new students.
"So, who do you think these new students are?" Supergirl asked her friends.
"Principal Waller told me they are both lanterns but each from a different corps." Batgirl explained.
"Ohh." Harley said. "Another greenie?"
"Don't know yet." Batgirl said. "I hope it's a blue lantern. I would love to know more about their rings."
"Maybe another Star Sapphire." THE Star Sapphire said.
"Well we know what corps they can't be from." Supergirl said.
"Yeah...uhh...what corps exactly?" Beast Boy asked.
"The evil corps." Supergirl replied. "Orange, yellow, and red."
"My sister Blackfire is the yellow lantern." Starfire said. "She is not evil."
"Well, yeah..."
"What emotions are red and orange?" Beast Boy asked.
"Orange is greed and red is anger." Batgirl explained.
"Ugh! Red lanterns are the worst." Supergirl said. "They are always fighting, no matter who it is. They could destroy a whole planet with just one tantrum."
"Students," Amanda Waller cried. "I would like to introduce to you, one of the newest students at super hero high..."
Suddenly two zips of golden energy flew into the auditorium. The two zoomed in circles near the ceiling at super speeds.
Finally, the two people stopped and lowered themselves to the stage besides principal Waller.
One zip was an African American teenager. He was decked out in the usually lantern attire, except in blazing gold.
...Leroy of the gold lantern corps." Amanda finished
The other zip, another gold lantern, was decked out in the same outfit, but wore an odd, large, golden mask.
"Thank you for bringing Leroy here, Gold Lantern Davios." Amanda said.
Davios, a human male, bowed solemnly. Bumblebee couldn't help noticing that Davios seemed to give bad looks at the Green Lantern (Jessica) and Star Sapphire.
"Ummm..." Beast Boy said.
"Gold Lanterns have been a mysterious corps. Not much is known about them beside that its members are ALWAYS happy, always." Batgirl explained
"Now we are just waiting for..." Amanda Waller began.
Suddenly Atrocitus flew through the doors into the auditorium. Gasps filled the air.
"Atrocitus!" Supergirl cried as she flew close to him. "You and any red lantern is not allowed here."
Just as Supergirl went in for a punch, a voice from behind Atrocitus cried out.
"Wait." A previously unseen red-ring-made chain around Atrocitus's waist suddenly pulled him painfully back to who held the chain, the person who had cried out.
The chain was from the red lantern ring on a middle-aged human woman in red lantern attire.
"Sorry Waller, but we caught Atrocitus on our way over and we didn't have time to get him back to red lantern HQ." The Woman said.
"Wait." Supergirl, who had flown to the ground, said. "You're a red lantern...capturing a red lantern...and said captured red lantern is the leader of the red lanterns?"
"Yes." Principal Waller said. "Atrocitus has recently been dethroned by Margot, the red lantern before us. Margot has reformed the red lantern corps into a force for good. In fact, our other new student is the red lantern Vera."
The students could now see a white teenage red lantern behind Margot. She had long, straight, brown hair.
"AAAAAND MY BEST FRIEND!" Leroy cried from the stage, jumping up and down.
Vera flew up to the stage to stand beside him. Davios gave her a disgusted look.
"I would like to welcome you two to Super Hero High." Principal Waller said.
While Leroy looked overjoyed, Vera appeared uncomfortable.
As the 2 lantern ambassadors left, with Atrocitus, and the assembly ended, the students started to mingle.
