"Us, again."

21. Addled.

Time flies fast when u are at ur highest and it went real slow when u are at ur lowest, that's what people experience mostly. Everything was all sweet when u are in love, the extra shot of espresso would not even taste bitter. However, those bitterness can still steal swetness.

Jihoon stayed at Hoshi's because they'll be having a wrap up sessions about what they have signed up for. Everyone were great at doing their job so they decided to finish things of at the weekends, as everyone also need time to focus on their final.

Something has been bothering Hoshi's mind but he kept it by himself. Staying positive, he thought. Jihoon on the other hand has always been Jihoon, no changes at all. & that's what been making Hoshi confused.

"Bub, why are u so quiet?" Jihoon said.

Hoshi were lost in his thought, just thinking abt him and Jihoon. "Oh? Nothing, im just still sleepy."

Jihoon caresses his head, "Have some sleep love, i'll wake u up when we arrived."

Hoshi nod and smiles.

That's the thing.

He is still confused over Jihoon's behaviour. Jihoon's is all lovey dovey and make him feel like he's on top of the world when he's alone with him, but act as he's not worth around other people. He is always thankful because he felt loved but he sometimes felt worthless too.

He woke up as Jihoon pats his shoulder softly minutes later.

"Bub?" Jihoon said.

"Oh, we here. Let's go."

Jihoon went outside and opens the door for Hoshi, as he always did.

"Would u wanna hold hands with me?" Hoshi said out of nowhere.

Jihoon's eyes went big, perhaps he was surprised with Hoshi's requests.

"Yeah, sure." Jihoon's smiled.

"But wait i gotta took out my laptop too. Made some changes last night for few things." Jihoon said as open the backdoor seat.

Hoshi is surprised over Jihoon too, he would never in the world believe that Jihoon would want to hold his hands on public.

Jihoon were holding his laptop on his left hand and Hoshi's hands on his right hand. Just when Hoshi were about to be super extra happy with it, Jihoon let go of his hands and took out his phone. It wasnt even more than 5 minutes.

"Ji, u told there's changes over some things. U email me too is it?" Taeyong said as they meet halfway to the practice room.

"Ah yes, i have it here as well." Jihoon replied, showing his laptop.

"Uji ah, i'll get some drinks." Hoshi said, wanting to avoid Taeyong. They were kinda in a good terms but Hoshi just dont feel comfortable.

Jihoon slightly smile at him and nods. Back to Jihoon's Mode, again.

They werent many people yet that time, as its Sunday and only people who are related to it would come. Hoshi bump into Jun when he was about to buy some drinks.

"Hoshi!" Jun shouted.

"Thought u werent coming?"

"Academy gives me some leave this week as its final season. U alone?"

"No, im with Jihoon. He's inside with Taeyong hyung."

"Oh. Okay, just the two of them?"

"I guess."

Both them later enter the practice room, Jihoon and Taeyong are busily discussing so Hoshi thought he would not want to interrupt them. He opens a can of coke, Jihoon's favourite, and put it at Jihoon's table. Later, he went outside alone to go to the washroom.
