Hoshi has done showering and he wears Jihoon's shirt and pants that Jihoon gave him. He is 100 percent sure it was Jihoon's cause it smells like him, a delicate but sweet aroma of vanilla. Hoshi knows it.
Jihoon were already laying on his King size bed, wearing pyjamas. Hoshi finds it cute. Hoshi always find Jihoon is cute. He sits at the left side of the bed, and plays with his phone.
"U are good right? Im really sorry for the technical problems." Jihoon apologizes.
"Yeah, im fine. Its not even a big deal sharing it with u."
"Im going to turn off the lights now, if its okay with u?"
"Yeah, sure."
It was silent for a moment. Hoshi tried to close his eyes and sleep, but he dont think he can sleep soundly.
"U sleep?" Hoshi ask.
"On my way." Jihoon answered.
"Thank u for letting me stay."
"Not a big deal. I hope u feel okay, im sorry i seriously dont know bout that."
Hoshi giggled, "Uji ah, would u said sorry numerous time if its Mingyu?"
"No. I'll make him sleep in the couch."
"That's how i wanna be with u."
"U wanna sleep on the couch?"
"No. I want u to be comfortable with me." Hoshi said.
As he glance over Jihoon's room ceiling, he tried to find courage to talk what has been in his mind.
"I know we are friends, and trying being friends with u is just hard, being accepted to be ur friend is twice as hard and woah trying to stay friends with ur is harder, no offence with that but i like being ur friend." He added.
"But us, is not the same as u and ur other friends, i just wanna be like them."
It was silent for a moment. Only Jihoon's diffuser can be heard, which Hoshi thought the other had already fallen asleep.
"I am comfortable with u." Jihoon said.
"U are not like them, and i dont want to treat u like them."
The last sentence Jihoon said almost breaks Hoshi's heart. He feels like something is throbbing pain in his chest.
"Its because-"
"Because of what?" Hoshi ask.
"Its because i want to treat u better. I dont think u can be like them because i think i have feelings for u."
Hoshi cant believe what his ears heard. If it werent him beside Jihoon in Jihoon's bedroom, he would've scream and jump to make sure he wasnt dreaming. He was stunned. He didnt expect that after what Jihoon just said almost broke his heart, and now he learns that Jihoon has feelings for him.
"Hoshi?"
Hoshi stay silent, not knowing how to response. He can feel Jihoon moving to face the other side.
"Ah, u must have gone to sleep already." Jihoon said.
"Goodnight, have a good sleep." He added.
