Hyuna threw away the butter knife; the one she held closely until her mind was clear. Self-harm was out of the question. She'd been in a hospital long enough to know how much life means. Four years of desperate efforts to live. She won't let it go down the drain.

Sure she felt miserable, betrayed, and everything between, from the moment her father's intentions came clear. Nothing mattered right now than her dear life. She promised to pull herself out of this misery. She has to live a full life and do right by the heart she received.

The nurse told her to swallow a pill and not stress much. They even said wedding jitters were normal. What Hyuna was going through normal bride moments, her stomach felt sick with fear. The gut told her to either plot murder or run away. Option two felt less violent.

Minho tried blinking repeatedly, it's a way out to stop dreaming. Thinking he was fully awake was a false alarm. In reality, he was still inside his dream loop.

He pushed the blue curtains and stopped cross-armed as his younger self lay on the hospital bed. Trying his best to get up, but was shocked to find he couldn't. After a few more failed attempts, the patient fell back on the bed with a hand holding his head.

He tugged his hair and let out an exasperated scream. He couldn't feel his legs. 'It'll heal,' the future self whispered, closing his eyes. That phase of life drowned him with sorrow. The pain followed even after the vision blurred. Minho held on to his shin, the one that sustained three bullets forced into it. The physical torment was gone but psychological effect it left behind kicked in.

The sound of the alarm clock brought him back to reality. Minho always kept it out of reach. To make sure he gets up walks to the other side of the room to turn it off. The only way to make sure he wasn't dreaming anymore.

First things first, googling where to elope? Pressing the spacebar again, Hyuna typed 'how to run away unnoticed by a tight security,'. Her arms ached while she held the phone up to the face. The results were still loading and then it crossed her mind: what if her father monitored her phone and search history? She quickly opened a new tab.

Can anyone track the browsing history? Hyuna aggressively punched in her doubts. The results shocked her. Unless you direct your internet traffic through a VPN, the Wi-Fi admin can see your browsing history.

Now, what's this VPN? Goddamn you internet. She wasn't even cursing the right thing. VPN's not internet Hyuna.

She clutched the phone tighter, disappointed with self for being so unaware of basic technology. Should have studied computer science instead. The most she knew was - one should use incognito while reading erotica. But now google was telling incognito history is retrievable. The phone plopped down her hands and landed straight to kiss her face, just like doom.

Minho silently stacked the parts, assembling them on his favorite rifle. He swept the shattered glass bottles with the foot, careful to not step on them. Hearing a soft chuckle, he brought the loose wire to his ears and pushed the earpiece in.

'Where is Dr. J?' he asked, pulling out the leather gloves from the utility belt. 'Behind me,' Taemin replied through the intercom. Minho slightly smiled, learning his brother-in-law accepted the apology letter. He wrote one before coming on the current mission.
