So, fortunately, I got a couple coming out stories as well as my own. Of course, I will tell more than one story so I will have to keep some names anonymus but I hope it is still good.
By the way, the video above is the story of an amazing Youtuber so no, it is not my video. His chanel is called jerm bot and he has very good content so go check him out. Wow I sound like a crappy sponsor announcer- I mean, let's continue
Okay, starting.
Well, I know I'm your book host and I'm supposed to have very interesting stories and be really fun and stuff but the truth is, I'm not fully out yet.
It started at a camp. I went there on my own without any of my few friends and I was not your typical shy girl. I was loud. I was just being cheerful and connecting and trying to break the ice with my very awkward comments. One night, we had this campfire type of thing where we shared a lot of our own secrets and insecurities. For personal reasons, I will not share anything specific that was said that night. However, one girl, we will call her "N" shared that she was bisexual. And I think that's when I realized "maybe I am too."
Confession time: I had been denying the idea of bisexuality for a LONG time. I didn't wanna believe it because I have parents who are not that accepting of the LGBTQIA+ community, borderline homophobic but they have not critizized the community in open places. Only at home. Anyways, I had denied the possibility of being bi. Everytime I though "that girl is super cute" my brain just went "yes but you are JELOUS not ATTRACTED. You are STRAIGHT."
Back to the story. That night, I realized I was bi. I realized it was okay to be bisexual and that it wasn't an abstract idea.
I came out to my group that same night.
Fastforward a couple of weeks, I'm having lunch and a girl who I considered my friend was sitting across from me. We're gonna call her "K." So, K and I are sitting across from each other and start talking. She says that she just discovered she is pansexual and starts tearing up. She explains I was the first person she came out to. I gather up courage to tell her I'm bi, because I wanted to tell someone. From then on, we stick together and she became my child/little sister and I really love her in a deep friendship kind of way.
Ever since, it has been easier coming out to people and I'm openly bisexual at school. However, I live in constant fear that my parents might find out and the worst could happen. I am hoping that they might be more accepting after they meet my best friend's two moms. Fingers crossed
SO! That was MY personal story. I know it's not very interesting but I hope it will sufice your starting wishes.

I actually just came out to two of my friends today! [January 25] It's not that exciting, I just called my best friend and told him (he already knew that I've been struggling with my sexuality and that I'm not straight so it wasn't such a big thing, just like an update) and he told me that I should probably tell my other friend, I agreed, we called her and told her ( she also kinda knew I wasn't straight but this was like my "official coming out" to her)
So my best friend and I are going to come out together (he's gay btw) by crafting some flags and taking them to school, but we're currently in quarantine so we have to wait...
So YAY!! Hope all goes well, girl!!

I outed myself to my friends with a joke on accident. We were playing a timed board game and one we were joking around, and one of them said to stop so he could keep a straight face. Without missing a beat I said "I can never have a straight face seeing as I'm not straight." Everyone was silent for a moment and I was internally freaking out since I didn't mean to say that and then they all just started laughing. I ended up winning that game and all my friends are either allies or about as straight as a rainbow slinky.
"Straight as a rainbow slinky"....I'm stealing your line.

I came out as bisexual to my mom around May of last year. Mom and her boyfriend took it pretty well. Moms bf avoids the subject and mom gets me pins and stuff. Shes really sweet abt it. I haven't told my bio dad in another state though. He's a redneck trump supporter so if rather not. :) anyways I've got flags and pins and I'm pretty open abt it at school.
BI SQUAD!

I came out stupidly, because I'm an idiot. It went down like this. So my mom and brother are hanging out in my room, right?
Me: *goes into closet*
Mom: oop, (real name)'s going in the closet!
Mom: Don't be scared, (real name)! We'll love and accept you no matter what!
Me: o-O
Me: ...
Me: ...
Me: *opens door slightly* I'm bi
Mom: really?

I was having a sleepover with three of my friends and we were having a nerf gun war. My BFF Cali (she/her) was complimenting my shooting which made me blush a lot cause I have a huge crush on her. After the nerf war ended my other friend Leda pulled me aside and asked why I was blushing. I lied and said that I wasn't good at cardio and it was really hot inside. She saw right through me. What surprised me was what she said next. "Elodie you have a crush on Cali don't you. I do too." She explained to me that she was lesbian and everyone on earth knew. Me, one of her best friends, had no idea cause I'm oblivious. Everyone at school knew too. So that night I told Cali and my other friend Layla that I was bisexual (I'm actually omniexual but I didn't know that at the time lol). No one else but Leda knows about my crush on Cali though. It's our little shared secret.
I'm surprised you're friends. I had that same thing happen with one or two crushes and I could only stay friends with one person who had the same crush as me

I came out to my best friend recently, I just said over text, "I think I'm omnisexual" and she didn't respond and I was like, "do you know what that means?" And she said that she Googled it, and she's cool about it, and she asked me some questions and... yeah. Not super entertaining, but oh well
Entertaining or not, that's awesome.
