Behind the name i came up with the name when I looked up victim in Japanese it's called Gisei-sha so I based it off that name .

Backstory Gisei Saikou unfortunately goes through bullying because of being in his older brother's shadow everyone is mean to him because he isn't as useful as his older brother because he's not the heir and they are also mean to his cousin Toshi as well for the same reason plus he can't exactly get the help of his teacher's because they are robots and their only motive is to teach and protect unfortunately though they only are programed to only protect with weapons so it's due to that the teachers don't help with his bullying problem. It's due to that reason he wants the school to be closed down but in order to do that he needs the help of Chiho Aishi
