Introduction

Chiho's POV Growing up i had always felt empty i was bullied for being different by my other classmates luckily i had Yukio who defended me against the bullies but I could tell the people who cared about me were worried my father was worried and so was Yukio the only one who wasn't worried was my Mother who said one day i would feel complete upon meeting someone who would make me feel that way  Yukio was my childhood best friend we were childhood best friends because our mother's went to Akademi High school together and were friends there i decided to fake acting like a normal person and things were better the only one one who was able to tell I was faking acting like a normal person was Taro my brother he had psychic powers and could read minds so he knew how I felt but he was different from me unlike most of our family members he was the first boy to be born in our family for ages due to genetic engineering also due to that he didn't have my condition but had powers he just told me he hoped I would be happy one day for real and he promised not to tell anyone that I was faking it because it would just make other people unhappy anyway right now it was my first day of my 2nd year of high school while it was Taro's first day of his first year of high school I was walking in the hallways carrying my books when I accidentally dropped my books due to my shoe laces being untied then my friend Yukio arrived he said hey long time no see Chiho let me help you with those books he then picked up my books while I noticed something different about him before whenever I saw Yukio I just viewed him as a convenience he was someone who would have my back due to us being friends for as long as we could remember so I saw him as that but when I saw him in that exact moment I looked at him differently he changed a lot during the summer he hit a growth spurt he went to summer camp over the summer so I was unaware of this change but I knew in that moment I had to have him as mine he was mine and he didn't have a choice.
