Olivia sat on the floor, smiling at Josh who sat across from her playing his guitar. They were filming a scene for the first episode in which Ricky wrote a Christmas song for Nini as a gift.
"That was incredible Ricky," Olivia smiled as she recited her line. "It means a lot."
Josh smiled back at her and slowly leaned to peck her lips. She felt a rush of emotions go through her as she kissed him. 'Shut up Olivia, it's in the script,' she told herself.
She had to keep reminding herself that they were only acting and had to keep it professional. No matter how many times she had repeated that in her head, her heart just wouldn't listen.
"And cut!" the director announced to the two once they finished the scene.

The rest of the day consisted of filming the first episode of season 2 and constant scolding herself for feeling what she felt. The worst was when her and Josh had to sing "You Are the Music In Me" for the medley scene. Olivia gazed into his eyes as they sang, but she just couldn't focus on the lyrics and kept messing up. They had to do about ten takes before she finally snapped out of it and sang the right lyrics.
As the song ended, both her and Josh leaned in to kiss. She knew from the script they wouldn't, however, she couldn't help but hope that they would.
Soon, the director called "cut" and they were done for the day.

Olivia slowly made her way out of the school and out to her car.
"Olivia! Wait!" she recognized the voice immediately and spun around to meet him, her heart rate picking up.
"Hey Josh," she sighed, looking around everywhere else, not meeting his eyes.
"I just wanted to say great job with that scene earlier. The fans are going to love it," he smiled with his hands in his pockets.
"Thanks. I'm really sorry for messing up so much today, I've just had a hard time focusing," Olivia apologized, finally making eye contact.
"It's all good, everybody messes up. Don't worry about it," he smiled at her.
"I should, uh, probably get going. I'll see you tomorrow," Olivia turned away and continued walking to her car. When she pulled the door shut behind her, she sighed and leaned her head back on the seat. A few moments later, she put the key into the ignition, starting the car. She plugged her phone into the AUX and put her music on shuffle.

Olivia shut the front door behind her as she entered her apartment. She walked into the kitchen and got herself a small snack before sitting down on the couch in the living room. She reached in her bag and pulled out her script to review her lines. Tomorrow they would be finishing up shooting episode one and would begin to film the second episode. Olivia wanted to really prepare her lines so that she wouldn't lose focus tomorrow.

About an hour passed, and she felt confident in her practice. So, she put her script back in her bag and turned on her favorite tv show to relax the rest of the night.

Los Angeles, California

Jack sat with a smile on Daniel's couch as him and the boys were filming another interview. Every day was filled with them in anticipation of their album release next Friday.
"Thank you guys so much for having us today! Can't wait to see what you have in store for this album," the interviewer said in conclusion.
"Thank you," Daniel smiled. "I can tell you it'll definitely be worth the wait."
The interview ended and all five boys sighed in relief as that was their last one for the day.
"Alright boys, now that you're done with interviews today, we gotta film for GMA next week," John announced and Jack sighed.
He loved his job and was super excited for the album to drop, however, all these interviews and rehearsals leading up to it were exhausting. He felt as if they never had a break and he knew his bandmates felt this too. Jack grabbed his guitar and followed them out to the backyard of the old Why Don't We house. He crossed the lawn through the numerous flamingos that decorated it and took his place behind the microphone.

The boys were given the signal to start and began playing the intro to their most recent single leading up to the album, Slow Down. Although he was exhausted, Jack felt a burst of energy as he performed even though there wasn't a physical audience of fans watching them.

Soon, the song ended and Jonah dove into the pool, Daniel following behind him, tossing his guitar aside. Jack and his two other bandmates cracked up laughing at their action.
Suddenly, he felt a presence behind him and spun around to find Zach sneaking up behind him, about to push him in the pool.
"Don't even think about it!" Jack exclaimed at him. "You've already pushed me in the pool. I'm never showing you a TikTok dance again."
Zach laughed and put his hands up in a surrender, "I didn't do anything!"
Jack rolled his eyes and smiled, "Whatever Zach."
"Boys, stop bickering!" John scolded them and they glanced at him before turning away from each other.

That evening, Jack walked into the living room to find Isla watching tv.
"You're seriously watching this again?" He asked as she was watching HSMTMTS for about the thirtieth time.
"Yes because it's amazing!" she defended.
"Whatever you say," Jack teased before heading up to his room, hearing her scoff behind him. He shut his door behind him and sat at his desk to work on a beat he was playing around with.

A couple hours later, he looked at his phone for the time and smiled at his lockscreen which was a photo of him and Lav at the beach. He checked the time and saw that it was almost 10:30, so he shut off his computer and got ready for bed. Jack flipped off the lights and got under his covers, falling asleep quickly.
