Dawn plan the land and where everything was. Shawn helped build it with his sister and he had assess to the dragon base at all times. When the base was finish, Shawn and Dawn made a deal. To keep Fire safe, since he was a fire fury in a light fury land, Fire will live in the dragon world but can visit Shawn any time and Shawn can visit at any time. So that made Fire sort of Dawn's dragon. Frost and Fire became girlfriend and boyfriend. Kai was right, Dusk did have a crush on Dawn which cause a war between Dawn and Dusk and they battle very two years. Luna and Eclipse did mate and had two eggs but Moon the oldest died when she was 12, then Ghost the youngest hatched she was named Ghost. Two other dragons at the dragon world named Fire and Ice had Shadow two years before Luna and Eclipse. Luna and Fire are brother and sister. Frost, Ghost and Shadow are all cousins.
But most of all the dragon land is at peace and the war became known as Phoenix the Fire Nation Leader's War.
