Damons P.O.V

Why did Anastasia show up now? She had been missing for years and then Stefan tells me that she shows up just to dissapear again. Stefan and I had been searching for her for years but when we couldn't find her after scowering the globe we sorta, stopped searching. We hated that we couldn't find her but, she was gone. We loved her so much and when Stefan found her he hesitated...

*1 Day Earlier*

Stefans P.O.V

"So Elena, did you have fun?" I asked.

"Yes, thankyou Stefan... for taking my mind off it all." Elena said.

"Well you should probably get some rest, it's been a veeery long day" I said as we walked up to her doorstep. Elena reached out and gave me a loving hug. I returned the happiness. Then I leaned in... So did Elena. As her warm lips hit my dark, dead lips it was hard to stop. It just felt so good.

"Goodnight Stefan" said Elena as she slowly walked inside. I turned around and walked back to the pavement. I walked slowly. I started thinking about my long life. What would it be like to die of old age? What would life had been like if Damon and I remained loving brothers this whole time? What would life of been like with Anna in our lives?

Just then I heard the rustles of nearby bushes. We were too close to Elena's house, I'm taking no chances here. I slowly crept towards the bushes. I heard another rustle. I pounced towards the bush. I saw a figure in the shadows. I circled it. "Who are you?" I spoke in a deep, dark voice. No reply. The figure didn't move, didn't speak- Didn't... Anything.

I heard the rumbling of a passing car, I ducked and tackled the figure into the nearby trees. We were now unseen by passing public. I faced the figure and as the light hit it, I saw it's face. The face of Anastasia...
