Chapter 5: 1864...

*FLASHBACK*

Annastasia's P.O.V

"Good morning Stefy" I said as I walked towards him.

"Good morning Anna" said Stefan as I got wrapped up into his arms.

"Nice to see you to siblings" said Damon intruding on our embrace.

"Good morning Day" I said as I blew him a kiss. He smiled. Damon had been in the war and had just returned to find out about Stefan's arranged marriage. Father arranged for Stefan to marry Rosalyn Cartwright as the Cartwright's own the Mystic Falls bank and it would be a good partnership to have. Damon and I knew he has never wanted to marry her but he will do anything that father tells him to. So will I. But Damon will stand up for himself.

Just as I returned to reality, we all turned to see Katherine Pierce standing in the middle of the doorway.

"Good morning Mr Salvatore's, Oh and little Ms Salvatore" said Katherine in a flirty tone.

"Oh, good morning Katherine. We were just about to go play with Damon's football. Would you like to join us?" Stefan asked.

"Of course I will. But who's team would I be on?" Katherine asked in a very flirtatious manner.

"Mine" Said my two love obsessed brothers in sync. I rolled my eyes as my two brothers walked past me and towards Katherine. Katherine walked out with Stefan and Damon on either arm.

"I'll just be in my room" I muttered to myself under my breath. I turned around and walked up to my room.

I asked Dianna my maid to help me into my corset. Afterwards I combed my hair and asked Dianna to put it into island trendils. I excused Dianna and ran to find father.

"Father! Father, where are you?" I called. "Have you seen father?" I asked Mr Cartwright.

"Yes dear, he is in the hall" Mr Cartwright said in reply.

"Thankyou" I said with a curtsy. I then ran off to the hall to find father.

"Father!" I called in a relieved tone as I saw him talking to Sheriff Forbes.

"Yes dear?" Father questioned me.

"Would I be able to go over to Lilyanne's house?" Lilyanne is my best friend and we always go to each others houses.

"I suppose, but only if Damon or Stefan take you over."

"But father!"

"No buts, my word is final. Besides with all the animal attacks I wouldn't want you getting hurt."

"Yes father" I said in a gloomy tone as I turned to walk out of the hall to find my brothers.

As I reached our home I saw Damon and Stefan throwing the ball with Katherine talking to each of them as they do. I heard lots of flirtatious talking from Katherine and a whole lot of sucking up from my brothers.

"Sorry to interrupt" I started "But would I be able to borrow one of you two big boys so that I could go to Lilyanne's" Stef and Day hesitated before Katherine thankfully chimed in.

"You can actually borrow both of the boys as I have other bussiness to attend to" Katherine excused us and I asked my brothers again.

"So, will one of you take me?" I asked.

"Well, nothing on at the moment so I'd be happy to" Sefan said.

"Why not?"Said Damon in a friendly tone.

"Yay! Now I have, not one but two bodygaurds!" That made the boys give a little giggle. And so we started heading down the path towards the centre of Mystic Falls...
