A NIGHTMARE INTERRUPTED:part 1

11 YEARS EARLIER

It’s a rainy Monday morning and the weather is asking me to remain in bed so I snooze my alarm for the next 30 minutes.I guess I must have ignored it again because I am now woken up my grandmother

Granny:Kayise vuka you’ll be late my child (Kayise wake up)
Me:Yess granny I’m up

well thing is My Mother(Nokthula Sibanda) passed away when I was very small and my Father(Nkosiyabo Ngobese) is still alive somewhere in this world,When my mother left the surface of the earth he told us he is going for a business trip but he never came back for us,so my darling grandmother decided to take me in rather than give me up to the social workers.Her Name Is Thulisile Valentina Sibanda she is 62 years old.She is a widow,Her husband passed away while he was at the army we never recieved his body or any remains of him.So it’s just Her And I in the house her other kids have moved out of the house I quickly get out of bed and a terrible headache hits me,I ignore it and decide to head to the bathroom. I do my normal morning routine and head back to my room.As much as I would like to show off my beautiful legs the weather doesn’t allow me.So Since its raining today I decide to wear my grey pants,Shirt,Tie,pull over And matric jacket.Im Not the breakfast type so I grab an apple and yoghurt,kiss My Granny Goodbye and head for the door I arrive at school after 30 minutes and I go straight to my friends

[Linda,Luthando and Princess] they see me coming and Linda runs towards me,She’s my Tail well I mean she always follows me around but I really don’t mind because she’s my best friend

Linda:Heyyyy friend

Me:Morning Linda,Grab a mint from my mini bag

Linda:I left the house in a hurry today so I didn’t get a Chance to brush my teeth

Luthando:Don’t lie Lee Your breathe always stinks,Can’t you afford toothpaste?

Me:Cut it out Thando

Luthando:No Kayise, her breathe stinks everyday and it’s really disgusting,How in the world does
your boyfriend kiss you?
~she says looking at Linda~

Princess:she doesn’t have one remember
Luthando:Oh yeah I remember now

Linda:I have morning classes see you guys at break

Me:I Have to meet up with Mpilo So I’ll just leave with you

We say our goodbyes and I Go to the field where I’ll meet my boyfriend Mpilo,We’ve been dating since grade 8 right up until today.

Mpilo:oh look who’s here,Why are you so late today pumpkin

Me:i Woke up an hour late and I stopped to talk to my friends
~I say rapping my arms around his
neck,and his hands immediately go for my waist~

Me:As always

Mpilo:oh and before I forget I have rugby practice today after school so I won’t be able to walk
you home

Me:It’s okay my hulk I’ll walk with my friend
~His Muscular and big so I call him hulk~

Mpilo:Thanks for Understanding,I’ll see you during the classes then don’t be late for your first
class on a Monday morning

Me:Sure
~i say planting a kiss on his forehead and walking aways shaking my barely there ass~

My day Goes well I suppose,I stayed for afternoon lessons with my life sciences teacher because I don’t seem to get the whole gaseous exchange Topic.I arrive home and I find my granny sleeping on the couch.Mondays are exhausting so I head to my room for a quick power nap.I slowly drift away but I am disturbed by a call.I open one eye to identify the caller and I’m rather glad than annoyed to see who’s calling
