Chapter 4
So I show up at Brittany's house and, as always, Kelsey makes it there before me.
"Hey Brittany!"
"What's up? You brought a bigger bag than usual. You goin' girly on us?" She teased.
"Nope! I finally decided to get the hell away from my mom the bitch!" I stated.
"Well its about damn time!" Kelsey chimed in. Then we walked through the house and to Brittany's room where I would more than likely call mine as well. I set my bag down and sat on the floor next to her all black bookshelf. Kelsey sat next to me and Brittany sat on her bed.
"So I saw you with the new girl today. Somebody's got a crush!!" Kelsey said suddenly.
I tried but failed to hide my blush and giggled something along the lines of "Shut the hell up" and threw my pillow at her.
Brittany says, "I'm serious, unlike Kelsey, do you like her??" Not trusting myself, I nodded and again blushed at the thought of Krystal. Just then Brittany's mom walked in with pizza and I decided to talk to her about staying here until my mom found me.
"Mom?" I call (that's what I've called her since I was 5), "Could I stay here until my mother comes for me?" Knowing my current home situation she said yes. I thanked her and then told the good news.
"So we're sisters now!!" Brittany screams.
"Now? I thought all of us were sisters already?" I joked.
"Well you know what I mean." She laughed.
