Carulia one-shots

Welcome to VILE 2

Ok originally I wasn't going to post a part 2, but some of you said you wanted that, and I aim to please. Read the first part to understand this one, and once again thanks to Vampy for inspiring me to write this<3

Carmen waited patiently outside on the table. Her face lit up as Julia appeared from the other side of the courtyard, before students started swarming out of the building. Julia made her way over to Carmen, flinging her backpack into the seat next to the girl. 

"Woo! You were right about Dr. Bellum, she had us running around the classroom it feels like!" Julia collapsed onto the table. Carmen laughed, and stood, slinging her backpack over her shoulders.

"You ready to get going?" Julia nodded and grabbed her backpack as well. 

"Where exactly are we going?" They made their way out of the gates, and down a side walk. 

"Just a coffee shop down the street, why, are you not aloud outside of campus?" Carmen looked behind her, pulling her untamed hair into a bun. 

"No, just curious is all."

Maybe a coffee date was all they needed to learn each other, their relationship only excelled from there.

 4 years later, and we're out of collage. 

3 more years, we're almost free.

2 more years, just hold on.

1 more year, please stay.

9 months, of course I'll stay with you.

8 months, where will we go.

7 months, why did you do it.

6 months, slow down.

5 months, what happened to us, our plan.

4 months, we did what we had to.

3 months, I shouldn't love you.

2 months, why not.

1 month, we could have been free. 

1 day. 

We are free. 

"Here we are Jules, home sweet home." Carmen got out of the red car, Julia following. 7 months ago. 7 months ago everything had seemingly gone down hill. Carmen doesn't regret it. Running from that disguised crime school. Julia has gotten over it. They would have followed each other to the ends of the earth, no matter what got in between them. 

It had been 3 months since they had confessed to eachother, and it was still a rush each day they woke up together. Now, they were walking up the drive way of an old abandoned villa, hurrying to get their stuff inside before it rained. They were just in time, because the second the last bag was inside, it started pouring. They sat on the front porch, rain richocheted off of the plants outside, and they sat in silence for a good while.

"Do you ever miss VILE?" The unexpected question from Carmen startled Julia. She sighed. 

"Not much, but I didn't spend my whole life there like you did." Julia responded. Carmen nodded, leaned over the gravel and kissed Julia on the cheek. Julia blushed and leaned back against Carmen, who wrapped her in a tight hug.

"Love you Jules."

"Love you too, Carm."

And that concludes this 2 part oneshot! Hope you enjoyed, I tried a different writing style on this one but I'm not sure how i feel about it. What do you think?
