It was a nice evening as everyone was updated on what everyone else was up to that day. What none of them knew was that their world was about to be turned over yet again. As everyone was commenting on their day there was a knock at the door. Peter, being the reformed gentleman that he was, went to open the door and found himself facing Lt. Tanner of the Rosewood Police Department. After shaking himself from his initial shock, he allowed her to enter the house. Conversation holted immediately upon seeing who had just enter the residence.

Veronica spoke up from the head of the table.

"Is there something you need Lt. Tanner?"

Tanner looked everyone in the eyes before returning to face the older woman.

"I actually have some profound news to tell all of you."

Everyone at the rather large table turned to face the detective; wondering what it was that brought her here this late at night. Tanner looked at Veronica and uttered words that would turn their entire world upside down.

"It's about Spencer."

Upon hearing those words, everyone froze as they feared the next words that would come out of the womans mouth. Tanner's eyes suddenly softened a great deal as she stared into Veronica's.

" I just got a call twenty minutes ago from a doctor in a city in California. It would seem that a girl was picked up by a fishing boat in the North China Sea along with a young man. The doctors took blood to confirm her ID."

Veronica held her breath as she waited for the detective to speak the words she had long since stopped hoping to ever hear.

" It's Spencer. The doctors are a 100% certain that it's her. She is being transferred to Rosewood General Hospital as of right now. She should be here sometime in the morning."

Veronica immediately started to tear up as everyone hoped beyond hell that this wasn't a sick dream. Melissa gripped the table and stuttered out the words that she never thought she would be able to say.

"She's...she's al...alive? Ar...are you sure?"

Lt. Tanner looked at Melissa, smiled softly and said the words that confirmed what they had all hoped and prayed for.

"Yeah, she's alive and conscious. From what I could gather, she isn't injured, however, she is greatly malnourished and dehydrated. The doctor I spoke to gave her some fluids and has deemed her well enough to travel. The young man she was found with is from a rather well off family and they have agreed to pay for a private jet. As I said, she should arrive sometime tomorrow morning."

Everyone let out a teary relieved laugh and rejoiced in the fact that their daughter, sister and best friend has finally been found. There were tears streaming down the faces of everyone in attendance as they received the news they had given up hope of ever hearing.
