"Are you sure you wanna do this, Traitor?" I asked, picking up my backpack.

"Yes, I am," he responded firmly.

"This is not going to be easy. And this is putting you in a lot of danger by going with me. I just want you to fully understand what we're in for."

He stepped towards me confidently. "Alex, I've let you fight your battles for two years now. I'm not going to let you go at it alone, again."

"And did you make sure that your Beta knows that you're leaving? I don't want to cause trouble in your pack."

"Yes, he knows. Now, stop worrying." I smiled at him as he picked up his bag.

"Alright, let's go."

I held out my hand for him, which made him raise a brow. I realized what he was questioning, so I smirked.

"What? You didn't really think we were driving across country, did you?"

"Well...how else are we going, besides plane?"

"You'll see."

I grabbed his hand, before allowing my purple smoke to travel around us, my powers willing us to transport to our destination.

We transported into a desserted area away from people- so that no one would question how, or why, two people just popped out of no where in a cloud of purple smoke. When the smoke cleared, Traitor blinked and shook his head clear.

He looked at me shocked as he asked, "What the hell just happened...?"

I laughed lightly at his surprise.

"Remember that night we helped Ren, and the police came?"

He thought for a moment before nodding. "Right, the teleporting. So weird."

I smiled as he composed himself. Once he was ready, we walked towards the town. Soon, the people around us multiplied, and we found ourselves blending into the crowd. This made me a lot more comfortable, so if someone found me, it'll be harder for them to get to us.

After some walking, I found the building that was suspected to hold the weapon. We walked inside the crumbling building, seeing that it was a type of asylum that was turned into a museum.

As we looked around, Traitor lowered his head to whisper to me. "I don't know if we should be feeling more like Percy Jackson on his quest for the pearls, or the girl in American Horror Story: Asylum who gets trapped by the crazy nun."

I held back my laughter and rolled my eyes. "You're still as ridiculous as ever."

He chuckled, shrugging slightly. "I guess some things never change."

I smiled to myself. I really did miss him.

"So, what exactly are we looking for? I don't think they'd keep weapons of war in an insane asylum."

"It is unclear which weapon is here, but not all Imperial Arms are actually weapons. Some are weapons, some are armor, and some are more practical items. So, with our chances of finding one here, it is probably a more practical item."

He nodded before asking, "What are all of the weapons? Specifically, the one's we're looking for?"

"There are four practical weapons: the Heels of the Heavens, the Glamour Box, the Ring of Virtue, and the Moon Pendant."

"What do they all do?"

"The Heels of Heaven is a pair of shoes, hence the name. They were crafted by the Messenger God, Hermes, allowing mortals to have the power of flight."
