A/N: Alright... So I think you know why I made this... Especially because Tommy freaking died...

RIP Tommyinnit. Rest in Pieces >:)

This was inspired by a tweet. So not my idea.

And this is like the fourth Tommy death here. Woah :'(

Remember, this book has gore. Not major gore, I'm not one to dive into detail, but minor gore will be described and major gore will be only mentioned and/or lightly described. If you don't like the mere mention of major gore... I'm... Sorry?*

*and also death. Not like it's in the name.

A/N #2: BRUHHHHH Tommy's alive again!

Whatever I'm publishing this anyway and you can't stop me.

I'm not very proud of this one because I barely put any effort but whatever, I feel bad for not posting anything so I guess just take this for now.

also random plug: I published a story called "A Clash of Dreams and Reality", about what if Dream had a sister? No, not the cringy "I am Dream's sister and I shall date George!" story, but more of a Dream SMP fic, not a Dream Team romance thing... Ew. So yeah, go check it out! :) (it also has a lot of Tommy and Tubbo angst... What? It's not a Marie book without Tommy and Tubbo angst!)

"Stop! Stop it, stop-"

The lava slipped down slowly. Sam caught sight of Dream standing over a bloody body, bright red liquid staining the obsidian.

He took an intake of breath, a sudden panic striking his thoughts. He was coming- he was coming and he had just heard Tommy say those words as the lava fell and now-

Sam arrived at the cell and rushed to Tommy's body, searching for a pulse.

"He's dead," Dream said simply.

Sam felt anger boil in his skin. "You-"

"How are you going to explain this to everyone?" Dream grinned. "How you let Tommy die in your prison?"

"You killed him," Sam muttered, looking back down at the child's limp form. He placed his hand above Tommy's heart, trying to feel for a heartbeat. Nothing. "I had nothing to do with it."

He felt Dream scoff, but Sam ignored him. He was the prison warden. He had to keep his cool, never let down his guard for fear Dream would escape.

"You killed him," Sam said again as he realized the gravity of the situation.

"Exactly."

"You f***ing killed-"

"I suggest you go take his body away," Dream said in a calm, cold voice. "Wouldn't want a rotting corpse in my cell."

Sam glared at who once was his comrade and now was his enemy. "I hate you."

"The feeling's mutual."

The warden picked up Tommy's body, yelling for his guards to let him out. The lava retreated once again and he traveled back, holding Tommy in his arms, cradling him like he was the most precious, fragile thing in the world.

How was he going to explain this to Tubbo? How was he going to tell everyone how he let the great Tommyinnit, the most powerful, famous boy on the server, die in his care?

He laid the motionless body on the bed that served as the checkpoint in the prison. Thick blood seeped out of the boy's head, but that wasn't the worst part. Bits of blood and places that Dream had hit were prominent all over the boy's body, especially a large wound in the ribs, where Sam guessed was one of the killing blows. Not much blood leaked out, but it looked like an organ had been ruptured inside. Oh well. Not that it mattered anyway.
