a week later
sakusa was still in a coma, atsumu had been visiting him everyday, and even sleeping beside him, he couldn't bring himself to leave his omi for too long
"hey omi.. it's been a week, i still believe that yer gonna wake up eventually, oh suna adopted a child, i sometimes visit them, he's adorable, he looks just like osamu" atsumu chuckled softly as he held sakusa's hand
"i know it's not gonna be easy omi omi but please just come back to me, wake up.. p-please i-i cant live like this" atsumu said as he started crying
"i-i don't know how m-much i can take" atsumu said wiping his tears while holding sakusas hand
"n-no i can't think l-like this... omi when ya wake up, we're gonna go on so many dates, and- and we'll visit paris again.. and have our first date there and yer gonna meet suna's son" atsumu sniffled but the tears were still streaming down his cheeks
"and when i become the new king, yer gonna become a king as well.. and maybe we can adopt a kid when we're older and get married... we'll get 2 kids, were gonna name one omi because i-it's self explanatory" atsumu chuckled and frowned
"the other one is gonna be osamu because he was a-amazing.. i miss 'samu, omi... i wish i didn't kill him.. maybe if i wasn't a demon, none of this would happened" atsumu said gripping sakusa's hand a little tighter
"... m-maybe you wouldn't have been in a coma... and ya couldve found someone else more better" atsumu said as he started crying harder into sakusa's chest
"omi.. please.." he pressed his forehead against sakusa's "come back to me please... i-i don't wanna live if yer not here with me" he whispered

"YER NOT BEING FAIR OMI, WHY- WHY AREN'T YA WAKING UP, OMI PLEASE I LOVE YA" atsumu yelled into sakusa's chest. his heart ached, he didn't wanna be in a world without omi
atsumu kept crying into sakusa's chest, but sat up and quickly wiped his tears when he heard a knock
"c-come in" atsumu said in between hiccups, and wiped his tears, trying to compose himself. "hello as you already know i'm the doctor, i wanted to talk to you about something"
uh oh could it be bad news :O
"about what ?" atsumu said sniffling ".. it's about sakusa, he's been in a coma for a week and there isn't any sign of him waking up, i'm afraid it's time to pull the cord"
"NO HES GONNA WAKE UP I JUST KNOW IT, I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT OMI" atsumu said as he put his arm in the other side of sakusa to protect him
"but we won't have another choice atsumu, he's not waking up, i've done everything i can, i'm not sure he'll ever wake up" the doctor said
atsumu felt his whole world stop omi will never wake up ...? no NO i..i won't believe it, my omi is strong, he'd never leave me
"no..." atsumu said softly, coming out as whisper "what ?" the doctor said not being able to hear what the boy had said
"i said no, i am the prince of fucking hell, and if i say omi will wake up then that means my omi will wake up, and no one is gonna pull the fucking wire" atsumu said standing up
"... as you wish my prince" the doctor knew it was probably the right choice to pull the wire out but he couldn't disobey the prince, especially since the king will get angry
atsumu sat back down in the chair "damn it omi, ya better wake up, because if ya don't that means i practically embarrassed myself, now show then yer fucking strong and not a weak bitch, and wake yer sexy ass up" atsumu said
meanwhile inside sakusas head
sakusa chucked that's my atsumu, being stubborn, if only i can find a way out of here, sakusa closed his eyes, he took a deep breathe and concentrated
atsumu was worried, he had a feeling sakusa would wake up, and he wasn't gonna ignore the feeling, he knew his omi was strong
yer gonna wake up, i just know it.. and when ya do im gonna slap the shit out of ya, then kiss the shit out of ya.
atsumu held sakusas hand and kissed it "come back" atsumu whispered
atsumu was still holding sakusas hand when he felt it move "omi ..?" atsumu said looking at sakusa, his eyes were still closed
the fake blond looked down at his hand, he saw sakusas finger move, atsumu eyes widened "that's it omi, wake up and if ya do, i'll give ya endless cuddles and kisses" atsumu said
sakusa finger moved again, atsumu found himself smiling softly, he then looked to sakusa's face, sakusa eyes were moving a bit but they were still closed
that's when atsumu felt his heart stop, sakusa's eyes fluttered opened, revealing the eyes atsumu missed dearly
"a-atsu..."
