Scene 1: Startling Arrival
7:30pm - Emma, Aiden, Luna's living room
(Crash!)
Emma
(Shouting) Dad!? What are you doing in the kitchen?
Luna
(To Emma) Dad is not in the kitchen. He's in the shower.
Emma
(Angrily) Then what was that? I was trying to take a video of my... Aghhh! Stop shining the light in my face! It's so bright! Stop!
Aiden
It's not me!
Luna
Or me!
Emma
Then what is it?
Luna
Does it look like we know? Oh finally, it stopped! I still can't see! Why is it so dark now? Did someone turn off the lights?
Emma
Why would I? Besides, none of us could see anything. (Flicks the switch) It doesn't work.
Aiden
It must have been a power out.
Luna
Why would there be a power out? There isn't a storm or anything... (muffled noise from outside) Aiden! What's that?
Aiden
I don't know. (Excitedly) Let's check it out!
