"D-Dragon-san!"

The man had his head in a book as he had finished up work for the day, the evening now rolling in. He always liked to take his time off with a book in one hand and a cup of tea in another and it was safe to say he wasn't so peachy about a subordinate who had dashed into his room.

Dragon looked up at the man, quite irritated by his interruption. However, he completely turned his attention when he saw that the man seemed alarmingly unsettled. Sweat ran down his forehead and he honestly looked as if he was going to faint, breathing heavily.

"What has happened?"

"T-there..."

Dragon watching the man peer out of the window behind his desk, the large panes showing the canopies of stars in the sky and the ocean, which reflected the bright moon. He turned around to see where the subordinate happened to be pointing to see something looming in the dark waters.
With a sigh, Dragon turned to the paranoid man and gave him a stern look.

"It is probably just the team we sent out a few days ago returning. Please get back to your post."

The man looked almost hesitant as he watched Dragon go back to reading his book, anxiously exiting the room and going away from it.

Dragon wasn't dumb. He knew there was absolutely no way anyone could find their island without being a Revolutionary. It wasn't on any map nor was it traceable.

But oh how the man was wrong. Because pulling in from the dark shadows of that evening, in a vessel of great stature, was none other than you and Katakuri.

"Where is the best place to dock?"

You were stood at the bow of the ship as Katakuri walked up behind you, little space between you and the railings and you and him. His arms were crossed and you could tell his eyes were on you, traveling your (h/c) hair as you just watched the bright white rocks of Baltigo come closer. There was no way the careful revolutionaries hadn't noticed.

"There isn't the best place, it's more of go anywhere. The security for incoming ships is pretty high but considering the time of night, Dragon probably thinks we are just a returning ship he sent out during the week. I miss that old man!"

You gave a loud laugh which shook your body as you turned around to lean your elbows on the railings, looking up to Katakuri. His scarf was covering his face like usual when everyone else was around, but you highly doubted the crew consisting of homies would care; but you dealt with it. Oh how you wished you could kiss him.

He may have had observation haki, but it felt like he had read your mind as his arms uncrossed and he moved to intertwine his hand with yours. It was quite a bit bigger than yours but was so strong and warm - it made you just melt under his touch.

"This will be a long day."

He muttered.

"Katakuri-sama."

Taking his hand from yours, the man turned to see one of the rook chess soldiers saluting to him. You also sidestepped out from behind him and joined him in listening to what the tiny creature had to say.

"We will be letting you and (y/n)-sama onto the island in ten minutes."

Katakuri nodded, watching the miniature man walk back to the helm to take the wheel.

It wasn't even that long before the ship connected up with where the jutting-out walkway came. The sky was still a star-speckled black and the sea lapped against both the island and the ship, pulling back to do it over again. Katakuri hadn't in all his life seen such a strangely sparse island; even if he lived in the strangest of lands, none of the islands were sparse. An odd little dust storm-like thing rolled across the land in a kind white, sneaking over the rocks nearby.
