part 15 <3 the confession (training camp pt3)

-timeskip to the third day of camp because i cant be bothered to do each day separately-

*y/ns pov*

it was the third day of the camp therefore the free day, and also the day were i was going to confess my feelings toward shimizu. i was so nervous and i was panicking thinking that she would not feel the same way and that our friendship would be ruined and that she probably wouldn't even talk to me again. suga was trying to calm me down and stop me from worrying so much about it, because he said that i couldn't control how i felt and that no matter how she reacts he would always be there for me. i felt less panicked after he had that talk with me, i was more confident and i thought i could do it. 

since we didn't have practise today i went to ask shimizu if she wanted to hang out and she agreed right away. i began to suggest if she wanted to go out and explore a little bit of tokyo and walk around the city a bit. she thought it was a great idea and that it would be fun. we started walking around for awhile before i saw a small park where i used to go when i lived here. i took shimizu's hand and took her to the area, we entered the park and we both sat on a bench and listened to music like we normally did together. 

i turned to face her, took her hands and had a deep breath, "are you okay?" she asked me, "yeah, yeah im okay," i replied trying to summon some confidence. "well, i kind of want to tell you something," i said now having her full attention. "i-... i like you," i said quietly starting to panic in my head. she let go of one of my hands and used it to lift my chin to face her. she softly chuckled and replied, "i like you too," those words made my heart pound, i was so happy. she then lifted my chin towards her face and kissed me.

*3rd person pov* 

kiyoko suddenly kissed you leaving you in shock for a split-second until you realised what was going on and you then kissed her back. you both pulled away slowly and you went to give her a tight hug, she hugged you back lovingly. 

time passes as you two continued to explore the city together holding hands the whole way occasionally stealing kisses between each other. eventually, as it was getting later and later, you decided it would be smart to head back. 

when you and kiyoko got back to the training camp they were surprised to see sugawara, daichi and the rest of karasuno in the lounge drinking coffee and eating snacks. the attention from what was once of the food they were eating or the person they were talking to was almost immediately focused on the two girls who just entered the building.  you realised you were still holding shimizu's hand, and saw suga and daichi smirking discretely at them. as you expected, the three most energetic boys you probably ever met came running up to you bombarding you with questions, "are you and kiyoko-san dating?!" noya shouted, you both nodded your heads and the had the most shocked expression on their faces. "omg two pretty people dating, it just makes sense!!" tanaka yelled, "yay im so happy for they both of you!" hinata said. everyone was coming up to you guys saying their congratulations for your new relationship. 

-slight timeskip-

it was now getting dark so you all headed up to the rooms and got settled. you went in the shower and cleaned yourself up then shimizu cleaned herself too, then you both got in bed turned the tv on and cuddled together for awhile until she thought you fell asleep. kiyoko softly kissed your forehead gently and muttered the words, "i love you." 

"i love you too shimizu."
