i let go of my bags and i run to her. we almost toppled over cause we basically tackled each other. we were laughing in each other's ears. i was so happy to see her. we let go and looked each other up and down.

addison~ let's get your bags. my family is dying to see you. especially enzo.
kayla~ aww. well i'm dying to see them too!
we grabs my bags and put them in the back of her beautiful white jeep. she and i always had the same dream car. mine was an army green. we got into the car and she drove off.
kayla~ okay so tell me everything!
addison~ what do you wanna know?

addison~ aah i don't know! oh enzo is an actor now!
kayla~ oh really? my man just gets better by the second, doesn't he?
she laughs.
addison~ i really don't know what i haven't told you already.
kayla~ yeah that's true.
addison~ oh well actually, there was something i have been saving to tell you in person.
kayla~ i think this is as in person as it gets.

we pulled up to her driveway. we grabs my bags form the back and then go inside.

her whole family rushes into the foyer and try to give me a hug all at the same time. i let go of my bags and give them a hug i didn't know i was physically capable of. they let go and monty grabs my bags.
sherri~ honey, you look so beautiful! your dad did a good job of raising you.
i let out another of my short raspy laughs.
kayla~ thank you! and i'm gonna have to agree with you on that one.
sherri~ mhm! alright, i'm gonna go get your room ready.

sherri~ of course, kayla. you should know by now, you're family.
she smiles at me and walks away. i look around. their house is gorgeous, i mean really.

a kinda cute, muscular guy walks from a room, which im guessing is the bathroom cause i heard the toilet flush. he looks up from his phone, half smiles, and 'sup' nods at me.

the vibe was very awkward, so i looked around and tapped my foot.
