He woke up at the beginning of his first week of seven months to a sharp pain in his stomach and lower back along with his pelvis area. Izuku looked down quickly to see that his water had not broken, so he was very worried.

"KATSUKI!!" He yelled panicked, clutching his stomach as another one came on making it feel like it was tearing out his insides and he yelled in pain, clutching his stomach.

Katsuki rushed up the stairs, alarmed by his sudden cry of pain.

"Baby bunny, what's wrong? Is something wrong with the babies? Are you ok?" He asked, slamming the door open to see a distressed Izuku, clutching his stomach in pain and scrunching his face.

"I-I, I don't know but I'm feeling contractions, but my water hasn't broken yet, so I'm not- AGH!" He yelled, doubling over in pain again.

Katsuki rushed over, breathing out a sigh of relief and pulling Izuku close.

"Its just Braxton Hicks, they're basically just fake contractions." He said, rubbing Izuku's back as another one hit.

Izuku groaned and rubbed his stomach, feeling the twins kick in response. He sighed after it was over, leaning back into Katsuki's touch before laying completely back on the pillows, letting out a breath. Katsuki sat cross-legged next to him as he breathed through another stomach wrenching contraction. Katsuki rubbed Izuku's bulging stomach, helping him breathe.

"How long does it take for these to go away." He said, after catching his breath from the last one.

"About 20 minutes." He said, continuing to rub his stomach.

Throughout the 20 or so minutes Katsuki helped Izuku through them, not caring about the breakfast getting cold on the table. Izuku managed to get through and went down still in his pj's and ate, rubbing his stomach.
