The razor's edge

Chapter 4

Kai'sa entered her and Mag bedroom. She was anxious. She knew that Shenny has never visited her before. „How did he know where I live?" – thought Kai'sa. Mag was sitting on the edge of their bed with a worried look on his face.

„Who was that?" – asked Mag. He saw that Kai'sa isn't very confident so he hugged her gently. „Kai... it's ok. Just tell me."

„Umm... a-a friend of mine visited us. May he come in?" – she asked with nervous tone. Mag smiled and nodded. Kai'sa kissed him in the cheek and exited the bedroom.

„Just... don't get involve into that. I'll manage it honey." – said Kai'sa before leaving her lover.

She came back to Shenny and gestured him to follow her. He took off his military coat and boots and entered Kai'sa flat.

Kai'sa flat was quite small. It had connected living room and kitchen, one bathroom and bedroom, where Mag and Kai'sa were sleeping. Since it was Kai'sa property, it was very clean and everything was on it's place. Shenny admired her work for a moment but few seconds later, he snapped out of his amusement and sat on the chair.

„Want some tea Shenny?" – asked Kai'sa from the kitchen.

„If you can... that would be great. I'll stay here for a few hours if you don't mind." – replied Shenny with a worried look. He knew that what he's gonna say... is gonna be ridicolous for Kai'sa. He couldn't believe it on the beginning either. But... he did. And when he saw what HE could do... he felt dizzy and nearly threw up after what he saw few days ago. He made himself comfortable and waited for Kai'sa.

Meanwhile, Mag decided to go to the living room. He wanted to watch TV. Of course, he forgot that Kai'sa told him not to go out of the room. When he left bedroom, he saw Shenny who was sitting on the chair in their living room. He smiled and came closer to the soldier.

„G-Good day. My name is-''

„Magnus Solo. I know you. It's a pleasure for me. My name's Shen Wright, but everyone calls me Shenny." – replied Shenny while giving a hand to the Mag. Young man felt weird. „How the hell he knows what is my name?" – thought Mag while shaking his hand with Shenny. Soldier smiled and gestured him to sit down. They started talking:

„So Mag. You know Erro- I mean mr. Lawton right?" – started Shenny.

„Yes... I know him nearly one year. I met him while we were on a music tour with K/DA. We met him in the Bilgewater."

„So... can you tell me how did you two met? I need to know..." – replied Shenny with a worried tone. Mag was curious what a experienced soldier from special forces wanted to know about him and mr. Lawton.

„I can tell you mr. Shenny." – started Mag and after a moment, he started his story

I was walking through the crowded streets in the „Rat Town" part.of Bilgewater. The stink of blood and fishes was reaching my nose very strong. I felt really bad because of that smell and I decided to cover my face. The stink was too much for me.

I turned on the right to go back to the hotel where we were living, but I suddenly felt someone tapping me on my shoulder. I turned around and a gun was pointed at me. I frozed. I was scared as hell and the only thing I did was raising my hands up. Then.. the man punched me and I lost conciousness.

I woke up in a black room. I was binded to a chair. I couldn't move. I tried to somehow free myself from the rope that was tightened around me, but without luck. After few minutes, a tall man with a hat came and looked into my eyes.

„Look at that *laugh* It's high and mighty Magnus Solo. You're worth a lot in Shurima y'know?"- started a man.

„Umm...excuse me?" – I replied. „My name is not... how did you say that again? Magnus Solo?"
