"We stand here today, to mourn and to grieve our loved one. She was one of the greatest hero's that the world had ever seen. We will miss her deeply, for she had an affect on all of us. If we could get a moment of silence for her, thank you." The pastor had said in front of her beautiful wooden coffin. The funeral was being broadcasted live for Japan to see, when he asked for silence it's like all of Japan had stopped. Everything was silent, everything stopped. People cried, people looked up to the sky, and people remembered her. The rest of the day, her two beautiful children were stuck to their fathers side. Bakugo wasn't the same, he was depressed, he was angry. The love of his life was taken away from him in a moments notice. She was stripped from his life, his kids lives. It wasn't right, it wasn't okay. Her fathers, her mother's, her friends, her family, everyone was there for her. And when it was time for her to be walked to the plot of land where she was going to be buried, the six most important men in her life walked her there. Bakugo, Aizawa, Almight, Kirishima, Tenya, and Midoryia walked her with sad faces. Deku was crying silently, the rest of them wanted to.

"I'm gonna miss you bro. I wish we could've hang out once more, I'm really gonna miss you." Kirishima said to her quietly.

"Japan has lost one of the greatest hero's, we will miss you young Bakugo." Almight had said to her. They set her down and she was laid down in the hole. The others looked at her husband, who was dressed in her favorite suit. She loved that suit, so he wore it. It was simple and black but she said it made him look like Jason Borne. They saw his face they knew what he was going through. Kirishima patted him on the shoulder and walked away with the rest of them. Katsuki stood there as tears started to flood his eyes.

"I- Nora. You know how much I hate the thought of the afterlife, but I hope that you're happy now. I miss you and you know how hard it is for me to say this but I love you. I love you so much and I miss you too. The kids- oh what the hell. I don't even know what I'm doing." He said to her as the tears fall down his face. But what he didn't know was that her spirit was with him, standing right next to him. She saw how sad he was, she saw how much this has affected her kids. She could hear him, she wasn't happy, she wanted to be with him.

"I know Katsuki. I know. I love you too. I hope you know that I'm here." She said to him as she looked down at her grave. He looked in the direction that she was in, he had a feeling. Even though he isn't into the spiritual stuff and the afterlife he thought he could feel her there with him. He shook it off with a shiver and she smiled. "You and your pride, you know I'm here. Don't you dare ignore me. You know that I get upset when you ignore me." She said to him with a smile. He glanced back over, basically looking right at her.

"I swear it's like you're still here. If you are then leave. Don't get all butthurt and pouty. You know what I mean." He said to the air. She nodded and walked closer to him.

"I know hon. But I want to do one last thing before I leave." She said to him. She put her hand on his cheek, and she looked him in the eyes. He could feel major tingling on his cheek, causing him to put his hand over it. He chuckled and the tears started to fall again. "I love you so much. Please find someone who makes you happy. Take care of the kids, and don't try to get revenge. Don't ruin your career because of me. Be strong, I'll see you on the other side." She said to him. She kissed him one last time and then vanished. He started crying even more because no matter how much he tries to deny it, he knew she was there. He felt her there, and he just felt like things were going to be okay.

I'm summary, Katsuki watched his kids grow up, he watched them graduate. He watched them go into agencies and become hero's. His daughter reminds him so much of his dead wife. He sees her in both of the kids. He watched them become the people he raised, he watched them become someone their mother would have been proud of. He grew old, he retired, he watched his grandkids grow up and he got to meet his great-grandkids. He was happy with his life, he accepted that his wife had died and when his time came, he walked into the light and he was satisfied with it. As he walked through, into the afterlife that he hadn't believed in he was met with her beautiful face. He saw her smiling at him, she hadn't aged a second. He was overwhelmed with happiness when he saw her again. She rushed up to him with open arms and he accepted her gratefully. He looked at his hands and they weren't the dry and wrinkled ones he had known for years, they were young again, young like how they were when he had held her in her last moments. They were young like he was when he was back in his twenties. But he couldn't dwell on that, he could only look at what was at hand. His wife, his fucking wife was right in his arms. She was right there with him, squeezing the shit out of him as well. He could smell her again, not just her perfume that he had saved. She was in his arms, he was holding her, she was there again. They were finally reconnected.

"Oh I'm so happy to see you! It felt like just yesterday we were standing over my grave. Oh nevermind that. How are you? How are the kids?" She asked him as she let go so she could see him.

"I'm okay, the kids are wonderful. The grandkids are doing well too. Along with our great-grandchildren." He told her with a smile.

"Great-grandkids? You got to meet them?" She asked.

"Yeah, they're beautiful." He said to her as he looked over her features, just taking them all in. He couldn't get enough of her, it was like he was falling in love all over again. She smiled wide and laughed, it was airy, and full of joy. "Can I tell you something?" He asked her.

"Of course Katsuki." She said to him.

"I'm really proud of this, but you know about that project you started?" He said to her. She nodded and he smiled at her. "I continued it after you passed. I helped kids get into UA, half the class helped with it as well. I helped hundreds of kids, just like you wanted." He said to her. Tears of joy came to her eyes as she started at her lover.

"You did?" She asked him. He nodded at her and she pulled him into a tight bear hug. He laughed at her and held her. They stood there for what felt like only a moment, a moment that could last forever if they wanted to. When they separated both of them knew what came next, the leaned in at the same time, their lips finally touching again after all of those years. They were happy, they were together again, the way it was always supposed to be.

Love works in mysterious ways, it's funny how enemies can turn into lovers after a little bit of time. At least these two are happy. After all, that's all that matters.
