I will be telling the stories of a hybrid diamond, an assassin, and a deity in mortal clothes.
Shadow is fighting some homeworld gems with one of his friends, James. He then says to James
Shadow: Remember when I and you would spar on the ark
James: Yep. When we didn't have to worry about aliens invading our planet
Human soldier: HEY. Don't get distracted on the battlefield
Both of us: Right/whatever
They kept fighting and James gets a notification from the system
*leveled up x10*
*James: Man these guys give a lot of exp. I wonder what the more powerful gems give*
Shadow: Chaos blast!
Shadow fires a chaos blast that poofs and/or shatters hundreds of gems and barely missing 10 humans
Humans: hey watch where you're aiming
Shadow: Shut up or next time I won't miss
Those same humans shiver in fear and leave to fight more gems
Shadow and the humans have no regard of which gem side they attack. Only that they hurting gems. This, unbeknownst to them, is having some major consequences.
*At the crystal gem base*
Rose is currently explaining the battle plan against a homeworld base when she is interrupted by one of her soldiers
Random Gem: Permission to speak Rose
Rose: You don't need my permission. What do you have on your mind
Random Gem: Well I was wondering, What are we going to do about the humans? Not only are they attacking homeworld but us as well. We are running out of resources as is, now we have to worry about the humans we are trying to protect attacking us and, seemingly, doing better than us!
15 other gems: Yeah!
Rose: I understand your concern but I already have a plan
The 16 other gems(sus): oh yeah tell us
Rose: alright here is the plan. Me, pearl, garnet, and 2 squads will lure the humans into an abandoned facility and solve the situation with diplomacy. If that doesn't work will have to convince them with more drastic measures. Agreed?
All gems: Agreed!
Pearl: Can talk to you in private Rose
Rose: Sure.
Rose and Pearl go to Rose's private room. When they enter rose goes into her diamond form
Pink diamond: Whoa, even for a diamond that is tiring thank you
Pearl: You're welcome pink but that's not why I wanted to have you in private
Pink: Well then, speak to me
Pearl: You still can't want to protect the humans after what they are doing to us
Pink: I do.
Pearl: why this cause is causing damage on our side more than theirs
